【摘要】：疼痛是長期困擾人類的臨床、心理與社會問題。近年來,隨著疼痛的神經(jīng)機(jī)制研究的進(jìn)展,相關(guān)研究日益指向疼痛相關(guān)的心理學(xué)過程。疼痛或?qū)Φ母惺芸赡茌^早就出現(xiàn)在進(jìn)化過程中,并且很久以前就具備了心理和社會屬性。大腦從海量的神經(jīng)沖動中,把傷害性信息以痛覺的方式呈現(xiàn)給意識,并伴隨著情緒信息以反映其可能的傷害程度。意識還用類似的方式呈現(xiàn)和處理社會關(guān)系方面的傷害。由于生活經(jīng)歷的不同,每個(gè)人對痛覺的認(rèn)知也可能有極大的差異。從心理學(xué)和神經(jīng)科學(xué)的角度進(jìn)一步了解疼痛,可能可以為了解疼痛本質(zhì)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Pain is a clinical, psychological and social problem that has plagued human beings for a long time.In recent years, with the development of the neural mechanism of pain, the related research increasingly points to the psychological process of pain.Pain or feelings of injury may have existed earlier in evolution and long ago had psychological and social attributes.The brain presents nociceptive information to consciousness in the form of pain perception from a vast amount of nerve impulses, accompanied by emotional information to reflect its possible degree of injury.Consciousness also presents and deals with social harm in a similar way.As a result of different life experiences, each person's perception of pain may vary greatly.Further understanding of pain from a psychological and neuroscientific perspective may provide a basis for understanding the nature of pain.
