情緒及其調(diào)節(jié)策略對體育院校大學(xué)生中性詞匯記憶的影響

【摘要】:在情緒與認(rèn)知發(fā)展的研究領(lǐng)域中,學(xué)者主要圍繞著情緒、情緒調(diào)節(jié)及其策略,各類認(rèn)知特征等三方面進(jìn)行。情緒調(diào)節(jié)是個(gè)體進(jìn)行自我調(diào)節(jié)以及影響他人情緒的過程,不同類型的情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略可使個(gè)體情緒達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。對于體育院校大學(xué)生這一群體而言,除專項(xiàng)動(dòng)作的學(xué)習(xí),仍需進(jìn)行相關(guān)學(xué)科理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),其中學(xué)習(xí)材料大多數(shù)是中性教育材料。情緒及其調(diào)節(jié)策略伴隨個(gè)體日常生活與學(xué)習(xí)的各個(gè)方面,隨著個(gè)體自我情緒調(diào)節(jié)和控制能力不斷增強(qiáng),一定程度上影響其在學(xué)科知識(shí)的記憶與掌握。研究體育院校大學(xué)生處于不同的情緒狀態(tài)時(shí),采取有效策略調(diào)節(jié)情緒,可以改善學(xué)生的記憶效果,具有重要的理論和實(shí)際作用。本研究分為三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn):實(shí)驗(yàn)一通過專家訪談和實(shí)驗(yàn)篩選并評定電影片段等情緒誘發(fā)材料;實(shí)驗(yàn)二探討不同的情緒狀態(tài)(正性、中性、負(fù)性)對體育院校大學(xué)生中性詞匯記憶的影響;實(shí)驗(yàn)三采用2(情緒狀態(tài):正性、負(fù)性)×2(情緒策略:認(rèn)知重評組、表達(dá)抑制組)×性別(男、女)被試內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),探討體育院校大學(xué)生在正性、負(fù)性情緒狀態(tài)下,使用不同的情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略對體育院校大學(xué)生中性詞匯記憶的影響與性別差異。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)實(shí)驗(yàn)通過對誘發(fā)情緒的主客觀評定,表明所選取的電影片段能夠有效誘發(fā)目標(biāo)情緒(正性、中性、負(fù)性),可作為正式的情緒誘發(fā)材料。(2)與中性情緒相比,正性情緒與負(fù)性情緒更容易被喚醒;在記憶再認(rèn)任務(wù)中,正性與中性情緒有助于降低錯(cuò)誤率;負(fù)性情緒下錯(cuò)誤率上升,損害對中性詞匯的記憶。(3)在正性,負(fù)性情緒狀態(tài)下,體育院校大學(xué)生使用認(rèn)知重評策略的記憶效果優(yōu)于表達(dá)抑制調(diào)節(jié)策略,不存在顯著性別差異;其中男性比女性大學(xué)生更多采用表達(dá)抑制策略來減少負(fù)性情緒對中性詞匯的損害。
[Abstract]:In the research field of emotion and cognitive development, scholars mainly focus on three aspects: emotion, emotion regulation and its strategies, and various cognitive characteristics.Emotional regulation is a process in which individuals regulate themselves and affect other people's emotions. Different types of emotional regulation strategies can make individual emotions achieve the best state.For the college students in physical education, in addition to the study of special action, it is still necessary to study the theoretical knowledge of relevant disciplines, in which most of the learning materials are neutral education materials.Emotion and its regulating strategies are accompanied by various aspects of individual daily life and learning. With the increasing ability of individual self-emotion regulation and control, the memory and mastery of subject knowledge are affected to a certain extent.When students in physical education colleges are in different emotional states, adopting effective strategies to adjust their emotions can improve the memory effect of students and play an important role in theory and practice.This study is divided into three experiments: experiment 1, screening and evaluation of emotional evoked materials such as film clips through expert interviews and experiments; experiment 2, exploring different emotional states (positive, neutral, neutral, etc.)Experiment 3 used 2 (emotional state: positive, negative) 脳 2 (emotion strategy: cognitive reassessment group, expression inhibition group) 脳 gender (male, female).To explore the influence of different emotion regulation strategies on students' neutral vocabulary memory and the gender difference in the positive and negative emotional state of physical education college students.The result of the study shows that the selected film segment can effectively induce the target emotion (positive, neutral, negative) through subjective and objective evaluation of the induced emotion, which can be used as the formal emotion inducing material, and can be compared with the neutral emotion.Positive and negative emotions are more easily awakened; in memory recognition tasks, positive and neutral emotions help to reduce the error rate; in negative emotions, the error rate increases, which impairs the memory of neutral words.The memory effect of college students using cognitive reappraisal strategy is better than that of expression inhibition regulation strategy, and there is no significant gender difference, and male students use expression inhibition strategy more than female students to reduce the damage of negative emotion to neutral vocabulary.
