【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)在最近幾年達(dá)到空前的發(fā)展,人們生活水平逐年提高,基本解決了溫飽問題,精神生活也不斷提高。生活在城鎮(zhèn)中的居民已經(jīng)達(dá)到小康生活,但是在這一群人中還有一部分人處在城鎮(zhèn)平均生活水平線以下,溫飽問題依然突出,靠著政府的低保金度日。在這些低保家中存在著很多問題,例如邊緣化,缺少社會支持,精神匱乏,家庭教育問題突出。盡管目前國家城鎮(zhèn)低保制度已經(jīng)較為完善,但是主要解決的是他們的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活方面的問題,對于低保家庭的心理與社會支持依然相對匱乏。在部分低保家庭中還存在著兒童,他們盡管包括在低保戶中,但在精神層面上的,低保家庭兒童被貼上了標(biāo)簽,由于家庭依靠著低保金生活,接受政府的救濟(jì),一方面生活困難,生活條件較差,營養(yǎng)得不到滿足,體質(zhì)較差。另一方面最重要的是精神方面,由于家庭貧困,有著低保戶的標(biāo)簽,會在人際交往當(dāng)中被邊緣化,心理上容易自卑,害怕交往,在學(xué)習(xí)以及人際交往中膽怯,自信心不足,嚴(yán)重者會產(chǎn)生負(fù)面情緒,出現(xiàn)行為偏差。社會工作主要服務(wù)于弱勢群體,利用專業(yè)方法解決問題,實現(xiàn)助人目標(biāo)。針對城鎮(zhèn)低保家庭兒童自卑、自信心不足的問題,本文重點研究低保家庭兒童存在的自信心不足,自卑心理的問題,分析社會工作專業(yè)方法介入低保家庭兒童自信心方面的重要性,運(yùn)用社會學(xué)習(xí)理論和社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論設(shè)計小組活動,并對小組工作過程進(jìn)行記錄與評估,最后提出政策建議。旨在通過社會工作專業(yè)方法幫助低保家庭兒童這一弱勢群體,改善低保家庭兒童存在的自卑心理,讓低保家庭兒童獲得自信,促進(jìn)低保家庭兒童健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the reform of the economic system, the Chinese economy has achieved unprecedented development in recent years, the living standard of people has been improved year by year, the basic problem of food and clothing has been solved, and the spiritual life has been improved.Residents living in cities and towns have reached a comfortable life, but some of them are below the average living level of the town, and the problem of food and clothing is still prominent, relying on the government's low security.There are many problems in these families, such as marginalization, lack of social support, lack of spirit and outstanding problems of family education.Although the national urban minimum security system has been relatively perfect, but the main solution is their economic life, the psychological and social support for the families is still relatively lacking.There are also children in some of the subsistence families. Although they are included in the low-insured households, mentally, the children of the low- subsistence families are labelled, because the families live on low security and receive government relief.On the one hand difficult life, poor living conditions, nutrition can not be satisfied, poor physique.On the other hand, the most important aspect is the spiritual aspect. Because of the poverty of the family and the label of a low insured household, it will be marginalized in interpersonal communication, easily inferiority in psychology, afraid of communication, timid in learning and interpersonal communication, and lack of self-confidence.In severe cases, negative emotions and deviations occur.Social work mainly serves the disadvantaged groups, using professional methods to solve problems and achieve the goal of helping others.In view of the problems of inferiority and low self-confidence of children in urban families, this paper focuses on the problems of low self-confidence and inferiority complex of children in low- subsistence families.This paper analyzes the importance of the professional method of social work to intervene in the self-confidence of the children in the low- income families, designs the group activities by using the social learning theory and the social support network theory, records and evaluates the working process of the group, and finally puts forward some policy suggestions.The aim of this paper is to help the disadvantaged group of the children in the low living families through the professional method of social work, to improve the inferiority of the children in the families, to make the children of the families have confidence and to promote the healthy development of the children of the families.
