【摘要】:朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)是通過篩選具備一定心理素養(yǎng)和有志于服務(wù)他人的心理學(xué)愛好者,通過專業(yè)知識與輔導(dǎo)技巧等內(nèi)容系列化培訓(xùn)后,給予有一般心理困惑的人,提供情感支持、安慰情緒、積極鼓勵(lì)、轉(zhuǎn)變認(rèn)知以及行為指導(dǎo)的持續(xù)性、朋友式的陪伴與幫助的過程。朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的出現(xiàn)緩解了高校學(xué)生心理需求求助量大與服務(wù)資源提供匱乏的矛盾,同時(shí)實(shí)踐研究表明:來訪者和朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員之間的信賴與友誼關(guān)系是朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)最大的優(yōu)勢,雙方天然的鴻溝小、共同性大、互動(dòng)性高,這樣就大大降低了來訪者的防御性,能夠有效的減少咨詢中阻抗發(fā)生的幾率。從而拉近朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員與來訪者之間的距離,便于了解來訪者的真實(shí)感受和想法。因此,高校心理健康教育對朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的工作愈加重視。但是據(jù)以往的研究顯示,朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)在工作實(shí)踐上還普遍存在一些問題,主要體現(xiàn)在從事朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的人員其專業(yè)素質(zhì)不是很高,因此本研究希望通過提供一個(gè)具體而詳盡的、情境式的體驗(yàn),能夠給予朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員一定的啟發(fā)和幫助,進(jìn)而提高其心理咨詢技巧。 本文在研究過程中,采用文獻(xiàn)查閱和個(gè)案研究的方法。以人本主義為理論基礎(chǔ),利用朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)自身的優(yōu)勢,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的“心理氣氛”,給來訪者以真誠、無條件的尊重和準(zhǔn)確的共情,從而調(diào)動(dòng)來訪者自身的潛力,以解決其自身的問題。 本文主要從以下五個(gè)部分對本課題進(jìn)行了研究: 第一部分緒論:主要從本論文的選題緣由、國內(nèi)外有關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀及趨勢、研究方法、思路以及本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)加以說明。 第二部分朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)概述:通過文獻(xiàn)查閱的方法,具體說明了朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的理論、含義、分類及朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的素質(zhì)要求,同時(shí)重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)了朋輩特點(diǎn)與心理輔導(dǎo)的聯(lián)系:基于朋輩關(guān)系,朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員可以更容易地創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的“心理氛圍”,給來訪者真誠、無條件的積極關(guān)注和準(zhǔn)確的共情。 第三部分朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員在咨詢中的態(tài)度及基本技能:由于朋輩輔導(dǎo)員目前所欠缺的是專業(yè)性的指導(dǎo),所以本部分就將重點(diǎn)放在了介紹作為朋輩輔導(dǎo)員所應(yīng)該具備的一些基本的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和基本技能,以期對日后朋輩輔導(dǎo)員的培訓(xùn)有一定的參考價(jià)值。 第四部分朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的案例:本部分為該研究的核心部分,通過朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員的現(xiàn)身說法,具體實(shí)施了一個(gè)個(gè)案研究:針對一例高三學(xué)生人際關(guān)系敏感和不自信的心理問題,通過建立朋輩關(guān)系,實(shí)施心理輔導(dǎo),,最終達(dá)到預(yù)期的咨詢效果。 第五部分分析總結(jié)與建議:針對第四部分的個(gè)案進(jìn)行了整體的解讀與反思總結(jié),肯定了朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)的咨詢效果以及本研究的意義,同時(shí)也對今后培訓(xùn)朋輩心理輔導(dǎo)員工作提出了自己的一些看法和建議。
[Abstract]:Peer psychological counseling is to provide emotional support to people with general psychological confusion by screening psychological enthusiasts who have certain psychological literacy and are willing to serve others, and through the series of training of professional knowledge and counseling skills, etc. Comforting emotion, positive encouragement, changing cognition and the persistence of behavior guidance, the process of companionship and help by friends. The appearance of peer psychological counseling alleviates the contradiction between the large amount of psychological demand for help and the lack of service resources for college students. At the same time, the practical research shows that the relationship of trust and friendship between visitors and peer counselors is the biggest advantage of peer counseling, the natural gap between the two parties is small, the commonality is large, and the interaction is high. This greatly reduces the defensive nature of the visitors, effectively reduces the probability of impedance occurring in counseling, and thus draws closer the distance between the peer counselors and the visitors, thus facilitating the understanding of the true feelings and ideas of the visitors. Mental health education in colleges and universities pays more and more attention to peer counseling. However, according to previous studies, there are still some problems in the practice of peer counseling. It is mainly reflected in the fact that the professional quality of the peer counsellors is not very high. Therefore, this study hopes to provide a specific and detailed, situational experience that can give some inspiration and help to the peer psychological counselors. And then improve their psychological counseling skills. In the course of the research, this paper adopts the methods of literature review and case study. Based on the theory of humanism and the advantage of peer psychological counseling, this paper creates a good "psychological atmosphere" to give the visitors sincerity. Unconditional respect and accurate empathy, thus mobilizing the visitor's own potential to solve their own problems. This paper mainly studies this topic from the following five parts:. The first part of the introduction: mainly from the reason of this paper, domestic and foreign related research status and trends, research methods, ideas and innovative points to explain. The second part summarizes the theory, meaning, classification and quality requirements of peer psychological counseling through literature review. At the same time, the relationship between peer characteristics and psychological counseling is emphasized: based on the peer relationship, it is easier for the peer psychological counselors to create a good "psychological atmosphere" to give the visitors sincere, unconditional and positive attention and accurate empathy. The third part is the attitude and basic skills of peer counselors in counseling: because what the peer counselors lack at present is professional guidance, So this part will focus on the introduction of the peer counselors should have some basic professional literacy and basic skills, with a view to the future peer counselors training has a certain reference value. The fourth part of the case of peer psychological counseling: this part is divided into the core part of the study, through the peer psychological counselors' experience, A case study was carried out: according to a case of psychological problems of high school students' interpersonal sensitivity and unconfidence, the expected counseling effect was achieved by establishing peer relationship and implementing psychological counseling. The fifth part analyzes the summary and suggestions: the fourth part of the case for the overall interpretation and reflection summary, affirmed the peer counseling counseling effect and the significance of this study, At the same time, it also puts forward some opinions and suggestions for the future training of peer psychological counselors.
