【摘要】：同伴關(guān)系作為高中生人際關(guān)系的主體部分,對個體心理健康的發(fā)展具有重大影響。高一學(xué)生由初中進(jìn)入高中,在與新的同學(xué)進(jìn)行交流與交往、建立同伴關(guān)系方面著實存在問題,急需指導(dǎo)。團(tuán)體干預(yù)作為一種廣受學(xué)生歡迎的心理輔導(dǎo)方式,其應(yīng)用研究表明對中學(xué)生同伴關(guān)系具有明顯改善作用。因此,對高一學(xué)生同伴關(guān)系問題進(jìn)行團(tuán)體干預(yù)是十分合理并且有必要的。本研究分為調(diào)查和干預(yù)兩部分。第一部分采用鄭日昌教授編制的《同學(xué)關(guān)系測驗問卷》對遼寧省某中學(xué)高一年級6個班的學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解了高一學(xué)生同伴關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第二部分采用實驗組控制組前后測的研究設(shè)計,根據(jù)對前測數(shù)據(jù)的分析,篩選出兩個同質(zhì)班,根據(jù)問卷所反應(yīng)的問題編制8此團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)。隨機(jī)選出一個班作為實驗組,只對實驗組進(jìn)行同伴關(guān)系團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo),實驗結(jié)束后采用《同學(xué)關(guān)系測驗問卷》、《同伴關(guān)系團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)滿意度調(diào)查問卷》對各組進(jìn)行后測,收集數(shù)據(jù),分析團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案的干預(yù)效果。本研究結(jié)論如下:(1)遼寧省某中學(xué)高一學(xué)生同伴關(guān)系問題困擾程度比較嚴(yán)重,主要集中在交際與交友和待人接物兩個方面,異性交往方面雖然存在一定問題,但程度較輕;(2)遼寧省某中學(xué)高一學(xué)生在交談能力維度無顯著問題,有較強(qiáng)的交談能力;(3)本研究中設(shè)計的同伴關(guān)系團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案是能夠顯著改善高一學(xué)生同伴關(guān)系的輔導(dǎo)方案,可以在實踐中應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Peer relationship, as the main part of high school students' interpersonal relationship, has a great influence on the development of individual mental health. Group intervention is a popular psychological counseling method for students, and its applied research shows that it can improve the peer relationship of middle school students obviously. It is very reasonable and necessary to carry out group intervention on peer relationship of senior one students. This study is divided into two parts: investigation and intervention. The first part uses the questionnaire of classmate relationship test compiled by professor Zheng Richang to Liaoning province. A survey was carried out among the students in 6 classes in the first grade of a high school in a province. The present situation and problems of peer relationship of senior one students are understood. In the second part, according to the analysis of pre-test data, two homogenous classes are selected according to the research design of the control group in the experimental group before and after the test. According to the questions reflected in the questionnaire, 8 the group psychological counseling was compiled. A class was chosen as the experimental group at random, and only the peer relationship group counseling was carried out for the experimental group. At the end of the experiment, the students' relationship Test questionnaire and the Peer Relations Group Counseling satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect the data. This paper analyzes the intervention effect of group counseling program. The conclusions are as follows: 1) the problem of peer relationship among senior middle school students in Liaoning Province is very serious, which mainly focuses on two aspects: communication and making friends and dealing with people. Although there are some problems in heterosexual communication, the degree is relatively light. 2) there is no significant problem in the dimension of conversational ability of a senior middle school student in Liaoning Province. The peer relationship group counseling scheme designed in this study is a kind of counseling program which can significantly improve the peer relationship of senior one students and can be applied in practice.
