【摘要】：人體血清睪酮水平與社會行為的關系研究表明,睪酮能夠抑制共情,促進攻擊行為。但目前睪酮與利他行為的關系尚未得出確切結論。為了確定睪酮相關基因與利他人格及行為的具體關系,我們選取影響睪酮合成與代謝的芳香化酶基因(CYP19A1)、5-α還原酶2基因(SRD5A2)、雄激素受體基因(AR)和性激素結合球蛋白基因(SHBG),采用社會價值取向問卷、獨裁者游戲、分配游戲等實驗范式,在734名大學生人群中考察這些基因的5個多態(tài)性位點與利他人格和行為之間的關系。結果顯示:(1)AR基因的(CAG)n序列重復數(shù)多態(tài)與SHBG基因的rs727428位點均顯著影響利他人格,AR基因的SS基因型與SHBG基因的rs727428位點的CC基因型個體表現(xiàn)出高的利他人格傾向(p=0.009)。(2)在分配游戲中,CYYP1A1基因影響了個體分給自己的總點數(shù)。GG型個體分配給自己的點數(shù)低于A等位基因攜帶者(p = 0.006)。在獨裁者游戲中,SRD5A2基因邊緣影響個體分給對家的分配額。CC型個體分配給對家的金額高于G等位基因攜帶者(p=0.056)。(3)公正世界信念的強度調節(jié)基因對分享行為的影響。在公正世界信念水平較高時,CYYP1A1基因的rs700518位點的GG基因型個體和SRD5A2基因的rs523349位點的CC基因型個體表現(xiàn)出更少的分享行為;在公正世界信念水平較低時,這兩種基因型個體表現(xiàn)出更多的分享行為。本研究證明利他人格和利他行為受睪酮相關基因的影響:AR基因與SHBG基因影響利他人格;CYP19A以基因與SRD5A2基因影響利他行為。該結果為解釋睪酮與親社會行為的關系提供了一定的實驗證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Studies on the relationship between serum testosterone levels and social behavior have shown that testosterone inhibits empathy. But the relationship between testosterone and altruism has not yet been concluded. In order to determine the specific relationship between testosterone related genes and altruistic personality and behavior, We selected the aromatase gene, CYP19A1H5- 偽 reductase 2 gene, androgen receptor gene (ARA) and sex hormone binding globulin gene (SHBGG), which affect testosterone synthesis and metabolism. We used social value orientation questionnaire, dictators' game, distribution game and other experimental paradigms. The relationship between the five polymorphic loci of these genes and altruistic personality and behavior was investigated in 734 college students. The results showed that the repeat polymorphism of SHBG gene and the rs727428 locus of SHBG gene had significant effects on altruistic personality. The SS genotype of AR gene and the CC genotype of rs727428 locus of SHBG gene showed high altruistic personality tendency.) in the distribution game, CYYP1A1 gene affected the total points assigned to individuals. GG type individuals assigned low points to themselves. In the dictators' game, the edge of SRD5A2 gene affects the distribution of individuals to the right family. The amount of money allocated to the right family by the CC type individuals is higher than that of the G allele carriers (p0. 056. 3) the intensity of the fair world belief is regulated. GG genotype individuals of CYYP1A1 gene and CC genotype individuals of SRD5A2 gene rs523349 loci showed less sharing behavior when the level of belief in the fair world was higher than that in the GG genotype of CYYP1A1 gene and the CC genotype at the rs523349 site of the SRD5A2 gene. When the level of faith in the just world is low, This study shows that altruistic personality and altruistic behavior are affected by testosterone related genes: AR gene and SHBG gene. CYP19A gene and SRD5A2 gene influence altruism behavior. The results provide some experimental evidence to explain the relationship between testosterone and prosocial behavior.
