壓力與研究生自殺意念的關(guān)系及其影響機(jī)制

【摘要】：目的:探討社交焦慮和抑郁在壓力與自殺意念的關(guān)系之間的鏈?zhǔn)街薪樽饔�。方�?2016年9月采用壓力性生活事件量表、社交焦慮量表、抑郁自評(píng)量表以及自殺意念量表測(cè)量了400名研究生。結(jié)果:(1)壓力性生活事件與社交焦慮、抑郁、自殺意念兩兩之間呈顯著的正相關(guān)(P0.001);(2)偏差校正的非參數(shù)百分位Bootstrap法分析表明,社交焦慮和抑郁在壓力與自殺意念的關(guān)系之間的鏈?zhǔn)街薪樽饔蔑@著(95%置信區(qū)間為[0.022,0.054])。結(jié)論:社交焦慮和抑郁在壓力與研究生自殺意念之間起鏈?zhǔn)街薪樽饔?表明社交焦慮和抑郁是影響研究生自殺意念的重要內(nèi)因,所以既要重視壓力對(duì)研究生自殺意念的直接影響,也應(yīng)該重視壓力通過社交焦慮和抑郁對(duì)研究生自殺意念的間接影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the role of social anxiety and depression in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. Results: there were significant positive correlations between stress life events and social anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation (P 0.001 / 2). The nonparametric percentile Bootstrap analysis showed that there was significant difference between stress life events and social anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. Social anxiety and depression play a significant role in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. The 95% confidence interval of social anxiety and depression is [0.022] 0.054. Conclusion: social anxiety and depression play a linked role in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. It is suggested that social anxiety and depression are the important internal causes of suicide ideation of postgraduates, so we should pay attention not only to the direct influence of stress on suicidal ideation of postgraduates, but also to the indirect effect of stress on suicidal ideation of postgraduates through social anxiety and depression.
