【摘要】：目的：本研究旨在探討武警新兵的應(yīng)對(duì)方式、積極情緒在心理彈性和適應(yīng)不良間的中介作用,探討運(yùn)用團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)提升心理彈性的效果,掌握心理彈性在適應(yīng)部隊(duì)過(guò)程中的作用規(guī)律,摸索總結(jié)一套適用于武警新兵的心理彈性改善方案。 方法：被試均來(lái)自廣東省某武警新兵大隊(duì)。(1)使用CD-RISC量表和自編人口學(xué)資料問(wèn)卷對(duì)337名新兵進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)、方差分析、t檢驗(yàn)分析武警新兵心理彈性現(xiàn)狀。(2)對(duì)337名新兵使用CD-RISC量表、軍人適應(yīng)不良自評(píng)量表、應(yīng)對(duì)方式量表、積極消極情緒量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查,運(yùn)用Pearson相關(guān)和并行多重中介模型分析心理彈性與適應(yīng)不良的關(guān)系。(3)隨機(jī)選取實(shí)驗(yàn)組86人,對(duì)照組159人,實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受8次團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)干預(yù),使用CD-RISC量表和團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)效果評(píng)價(jià)表考察干預(yù)效果。 結(jié)果：(1)武警新兵的心理彈性水平良好(M=64.82±13.77);其中,獨(dú)生子女的總分、自強(qiáng)因子分顯著高于非獨(dú)生子女；其他親友撫養(yǎng)的新兵,其心理彈性總分、堅(jiān)韌和自強(qiáng)因子分顯著低于全體被試。(2)解決問(wèn)題、求助、積極情緒與適應(yīng)不良顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與心理彈性顯著正相關(guān)(p0.01),自責(zé)、幻想、退避、合理化與適應(yīng)不良顯著正相關(guān),與心理彈性顯著負(fù)相關(guān)p0.05,p0.01),其中,幻想、合理化與心理彈性中的樂(lè)觀因子相關(guān)不顯著；不成熟應(yīng)對(duì)方式、成熟應(yīng)對(duì)方式、積極情緒在心理彈性與適應(yīng)不良間起完全中介作用,中介效應(yīng)分別為：-0.19,-0.41,-0.13。(3)干預(yù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的心理彈性水平顯著提高,對(duì)照組無(wú)顯著改變；新兵對(duì)團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)效果的總體評(píng)價(jià)較高。 結(jié)論：(1)武警新兵的心理彈性水平良好。(2)應(yīng)對(duì)方式、積極情緒、心理彈性、適應(yīng)不良的關(guān)系密切,成熟與不成熟應(yīng)對(duì)方式、積極情緒是心理彈性與適應(yīng)不良間的中介變量,表明面對(duì)困難時(shí),高心理彈性個(gè)體傾向于使用成熟應(yīng)對(duì)方式,而非不成熟應(yīng)對(duì)方式,并能體驗(yàn)到較多的積極情緒,進(jìn)而使自身適應(yīng)良好。(3)團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)能夠有效提高武警新兵的心理彈性水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to explore the coping style of armed police recruits and the mediating role of positive emotion between resilience and maladjustment, and to explore the effect of using group psychological counseling to improve psychological resilience. To master the function of resilience in the process of adapting to the army, and to explore and summarize a set of program of improving psychological elasticity suitable for the recruits of armed police. Methods: the subjects were all from an armed police recruit brigade in Guangdong Province. The questionnaire was conducted with CD-RISC scale and self-made demographic data questionnaire. The hypothetical test and ANOVA were used. T test analysis of the current situation of psychological resilience of armed police recruits. (2) We investigated 337 recruits using CD-RISC scale, Self-Rating scale for military adaptability, coping style scale and positive and negative emotion scale. Pearson correlation and parallel multiple mediation models were used to analyze the relationship between resilience and maladjustment.) 86 subjects in the experimental group and 159 in the control group were randomly selected. The experimental group received 8 group psychological counseling interventions, and CD-RISC scale and group psychological counseling effect evaluation table were used to investigate the intervention effect. Results (1) the new recruits of armed police had a good level of psychological resilience (64.82 鹵13.77); Among them, the total score of the only child, self-improvement factor score was significantly higher than that of the non-only child; The scores of total scores of resilience, resilience and self-improvement of the recruits raised by other relatives and friends were significantly lower than those of all the subjects. (2) problem solving, help-seeking, and positive emotion were negatively correlated with maladjustment. There was significant positive correlation with psychological elasticity (P 0.01), self-reproach, fantasy, avoidance, rationalization and poor adaptation, and negative correlation with psychological elasticity (p 0.05), among them, fantasy. There was no significant correlation between rationalization and optimistic factors in psychological elasticity. Immature coping styles, mature coping styles and positive emotions play a complete intermediary role between resilience and maladjustment, and the mediating effects are respectively: -0.19- 0.41. After intervention, the level of psychological elasticity in the experimental group was significantly increased, while that in the control group was not significantly changed. The overall evaluation of group psychological counseling was higher in recruits. Conclusion (1) the level of psychological resilience of armed police recruits is good. (2) coping style, positive emotion, psychological flexibility, bad adaptation are closely related, mature and immature coping styles are closely related. Positive emotion is an intermediate variable between resilience and maladjustment, which indicates that individuals with high psychological resilience tend to use mature coping style rather than immature coping style in the face of difficulties. And can experience more positive emotions, and then make oneself adapt well. 3) Group psychological counseling can effectively improve the level of psychological resilience of armed police recruits.
