【摘要】:心理測量相關(guān)研究范式表明,宜人性人格特質(zhì)能夠顯著調(diào)節(jié)人際沖突應(yīng)對策略。但是,人際沖突策略的選擇往往建立在對人際沖突情景知覺的基礎(chǔ)上,人際沖突情景往往會(huì)影響沖突應(yīng)對策的選擇,在此背景下,本研究以宜人性特質(zhì)對人際沖突、應(yīng)對策略的調(diào)節(jié)作用是否受沖突情景因素影響為具體問題,連續(xù)進(jìn)行了三個(gè)具體研究:研究一在修訂測量工具的基礎(chǔ)上,驗(yàn)證人格特質(zhì)對人際沖突與應(yīng)對策略的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。具體而言,在低沖突強(qiáng)度情境中,宜人性人格與直接協(xié)調(diào)、退避和報(bào)復(fù)三種應(yīng)對方式皆沒有顯著相關(guān);而在高沖突強(qiáng)度情境中,與低宜人者相比,高宜人性者更傾向于使用直接協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對,更少使用退避與報(bào)復(fù)應(yīng)對。這初步表明宜人性人格對沖突應(yīng)對的調(diào)節(jié)作用與沖突強(qiáng)度有關(guān)。研究二操縱沖突強(qiáng)度這一變量,考察沖突強(qiáng)度是否影響宜人性對人際沖突應(yīng)對的調(diào)節(jié)。研究以初中生為被試,使用2(低沖突/高沖突)×2(低宜人性/高宜人性)的設(shè)計(jì)來探討宜人性人格如何調(diào)節(jié)人際沖突應(yīng)對方式。結(jié)果表明,第一,宜人性人格是人際沖突與直接協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對之間的顯著調(diào)節(jié)變量,隨著人際沖突強(qiáng)度的增強(qiáng),低宜人性者將更少使用直接協(xié)調(diào)的應(yīng)對方式。第二,宜人性人格是人際沖突與退避應(yīng)對之間的顯著調(diào)節(jié)變量,隨著人際沖突強(qiáng)度的增強(qiáng),低宜人性者將更多使用退避的應(yīng)對方式。第三,宜人性人格是人際沖突與報(bào)復(fù)應(yīng)對之間的顯著調(diào)節(jié)變量,隨著人際沖突強(qiáng)的增強(qiáng),低宜人性者將更多使用報(bào)復(fù)應(yīng)對的方式。研究三操縱沖突強(qiáng)度與沖突意向兩個(gè)變量,考察沖突強(qiáng)度、意愿是否影響宜人性對人際沖突應(yīng)對的調(diào)節(jié)。研究以初中生為被試,使用2(低沖突/高沖突)×2(低宜人性/高宜人性)×2(有意/無意)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)一步分析宜人性人格的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果表明:第一,在有意情境下,宜人性人格是人際沖突與直接協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對之間的顯著調(diào)節(jié)變量,隨著人際沖突強(qiáng)度的增強(qiáng),與高宜人性相比,低宜人性者較少使用直接協(xié)調(diào)的應(yīng)對方式。在無意情境下,宜人性人格不會(huì)對直接協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)生顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。第二,在有意的情境下,宜人性人格是人際沖突與退避應(yīng)對之間的顯著調(diào)節(jié)變量,隨著人際沖突強(qiáng)度的增強(qiáng),與高宜人性者相比,低宜人性者將更多使用退避的應(yīng)對方式。而在無意的情境下,宜人性人格將不會(huì)對退避產(chǎn)生顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。第三,在有意的情境下,宜人性人格是人際沖突與報(bào)復(fù)應(yīng)對之間的顯著調(diào)節(jié)變量,隨著人際沖突強(qiáng)度的增強(qiáng),與高宜人性者相比,低宜人性者將更多使用報(bào)復(fù)應(yīng)對的方式。在無意的情境下,宜人性人格將不會(huì)對報(bào)復(fù)產(chǎn)生顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過三個(gè)研究得出的總結(jié)論是:測量學(xué)的相關(guān)研究范式中發(fā)現(xiàn)的調(diào)節(jié)作用會(huì)因?yàn)榫唧w沖突情境因素而有變化,具體表現(xiàn)為:第一,當(dāng)人際沖突中沒有呈現(xiàn)意向刺激時(shí),與高宜人性者相比,在高強(qiáng)度沖突下,低宜人性者更傾向于采用退避與報(bào)復(fù)應(yīng)對方式,而較少采用直接協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對方式;第二,當(dāng)個(gè)體認(rèn)為對方是有意導(dǎo)致沖突時(shí),在高強(qiáng)度人際沖突情境下,與高宜人性者相比,低宜人性者更少使用直接協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對方式,而是較多地采用退避與報(bào)復(fù)應(yīng)對;第三,對于初中生而言,當(dāng)個(gè)體認(rèn)為對方是無意導(dǎo)致沖突時(shí),宜人性人格不是人際沖突與應(yīng)對方式的顯著調(diào)節(jié)變量?偠灾,宜人性人格對人際沖突應(yīng)對策略的調(diào)節(jié)是有條件的,即交往一方知覺到對方是有意導(dǎo)致的強(qiáng)度較高的沖突行為。這也意味著人格與社會(huì)知覺同時(shí)發(fā)生作用。
[Abstract]:Show that the psychometric paradigm, agreeableness personality traits can significantly regulate interpersonal conflict coping strategies. However, interpersonal conflict strategies are often based on interpersonal conflict scene perception, interpersonal conflict situations often affect the conflict should be the choice of countermeasures, under this background, the research on agreeableness trait on interpersonal conflict regulation of coping strategies is affected by conflict situations factors for specific problems, conducted a series of three specific research: Research Based on a revised measurement tools, verification regulation effect of personality traits on interpersonal conflict and coping strategies.
