80年代末90年代初，隨著東歐巨變，德國(guó)統(tǒng)一，以及蘇聯(lián)解體等一系列重大歷史事件的發(fā)生，長(zhǎng)達(dá)40多年的冷戰(zhàn)終于結(jié)束。為了適應(yīng)冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后國(guó)際形勢(shì)的巨大變化，美國(guó)對(duì)其全球戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了重大調(diào)整，經(jīng)歷了從布什政府“世界新秩序”到克林頓政府以經(jīng)濟(jì)安全，軍事優(yōu)勢(shì)和全球民主化為三大支柱的“參與和擴(kuò)展”戰(zhàn)略再到小布什新政府初見端倪的實(shí)力外交戰(zhàn)略，基本形成了美國(guó)后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)代的全球戰(zhàn)略框架。本文力圖在分析冷戰(zhàn)后世界格局，美國(guó)對(duì)其全球戰(zhàn)略的探討，和布什、克林頓、小布什四屆政府的全球戰(zhàn)略選擇及其得失的基礎(chǔ)上，全面剖析后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)代美國(guó)全球戰(zhàn)略實(shí)現(xiàn)和維護(hù)美國(guó)國(guó)家利益和美國(guó)全球霸權(quán)的實(shí)質(zhì)。全文共分四章。 第一章闡述了冷戰(zhàn)后國(guó)際格局的新特點(diǎn)及其對(duì)美國(guó)全球戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的影響。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后國(guó)際格局的重新構(gòu)建與整合，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和政治多極化的加速，全球問題的凸顯，以及其自身政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化問題的惡化促使美國(guó)對(duì)其全球戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行反思與探討以應(yīng)對(duì)新的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇。 第二章具體分析了冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)四屆政府全球戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整和實(shí)踐。布什政府提出了“世界新秩序”的全球戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想，以期實(shí)現(xiàn)“美國(guó)治下的和平”；克林頓政府倡導(dǎo)以經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全、民主化為支...
