【摘要】：發(fā)生在20世紀(jì)30年代初期的福建事變,引起了各國的高度關(guān)注。從各自在華利益出發(fā),日、英、美、法等列強(qiáng)國家和蘇聯(lián)紛紛采取應(yīng)對之策。從《日本外交文書》所載關(guān)于福建事變的檔案文獻(xiàn)看,日本表面聲稱新政府不侵害其在閩權(quán)益取“靜觀”和“不干涉方針”,但暗中則積極準(zhǔn)備并伺機(jī)進(jìn)行干涉;英、美、法在利益不受損的前提下,積極支持南京國民政府,一旦危及其利益,則借口保僑,武力威脅;蘇聯(lián)為保障其在遠(yuǎn)東的戰(zhàn)略利益,維護(hù)與中國的友好關(guān)系,總體上支持南京政府,對事變肆意貶斥,橫加指責(zé)。由于沒有得到各國及時有力的配合和支持,孤立無援的福建人民政府迅速夭折。
[Abstract]:The Fujian incident, which occurred in the early 1930 s, aroused great concern from all over the world. Starting from their own interests in China, Japan, Britain, the United States, France and other powerful countries and the Soviet Union have adopted countermeasures. From the archival literature on the Fujian incident contained in the Japanese diplomatic instrument, Japan ostensibly claims that the new government does not infringe on its rights and interests in Fujian, but secretly prepares and waits for the opportunity to intervene. Britain, the United States and France actively support the Nanjing National Government on the premise that their interests are not damaged, and once their interests are endangered, they will defend overseas Chinese and threaten by force. In order to safeguard its strategic interests in the far East and maintain friendly relations with China, the Soviet Union generally supported the Nanjing government, denouncing and blaming the incident. Due to the lack of timely and strong cooperation and support from all countries, the isolated Fujian people's Government died quickly.
