【摘要】： 意識形態(tài)以“無形勝有形”的方式在國家的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等諸多領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮作用。經(jīng)濟(jì)滯后、改革失敗及體制僵化等是前蘇聯(lián)解體的主要原因。而意識形態(tài)問題在前蘇聯(lián)的解體中的作用不容忽視：長期的意識形態(tài)建設(shè)失策或忽視意識形態(tài)建設(shè),導(dǎo)致意識形態(tài)喪失對社會的凝聚、整合功能,喪失了維護(hù)蘇共、前蘇聯(lián)國家存在合法性的功能。 前蘇聯(lián)意識形態(tài)問題的實質(zhì)是其意識形態(tài)維護(hù)蘇共統(tǒng)治功能的逐步弱化與徹底消失問題。較之前蘇聯(lián),改革開放以來,我國重新認(rèn)識到意識形態(tài)建設(shè)的重要性,堅持與時俱進(jìn)、開拓創(chuàng)新,意識形態(tài)建設(shè)取得了巨大的成就,這些成就大大推進(jìn)了我國社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是,當(dāng)前形勢下,全球化對我國的意識形態(tài)形成一定程度的沖擊,網(wǎng)絡(luò)對我國的意識形態(tài)控制能力提出挑戰(zhàn),高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)效果未盡人意,少部分黨員社會主義信仰動搖。我國意識形態(tài)建設(shè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)、存在的問題,不利于維護(hù)社會主義制度及中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政的合法性,由此增加了社會的不穩(wěn)定因素,加劇了我國的社會風(fēng)險。 針對我國意識形態(tài)建設(shè)中存在的問題,我國必須以前蘇聯(lián)為鑒,加強意識形態(tài)建設(shè),為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供牢靠的思想保障。我國應(yīng)當(dāng)采取的對策是,第一,積極應(yīng)對全球化對我國意識形態(tài)的沖擊。我國應(yīng)當(dāng)強化社會主義核心價值體系建設(shè),克服意識形態(tài)建設(shè)教條化的作風(fēng),加強文化生活中馬克思主義的滲透,注重社會輿論導(dǎo)向的掌控。第二,加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)陣地建設(shè)。我國應(yīng)當(dāng)加強主流網(wǎng)站建設(shè),強化網(wǎng)上輿論區(qū)管理。第三,加強重要群體意識形態(tài)陣地建設(shè)。我國應(yīng)當(dāng)改善高校思想政治理論課教學(xué),占領(lǐng)意識形態(tài)教育主陣地,強化對廣大黨員的意識形態(tài)教育,增強共同奮斗的強大精神力量,推進(jìn)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭,增強公眾對意識形態(tài)的認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:Ideology plays a role in many fields, such as politics, economy, culture and so on. The main reasons for the disintegration of the former Soviet Union were the lag of economy, the failure of reform and the rigidity of the system. However, the role of ideological problems in the disintegration of the former Soviet Union can not be ignored: the long-term ideological construction is wrong or neglects the ideological construction, resulting in the loss of ideology to the social cohesion, integration function, the loss of the function of safeguarding the legitimacy of the Soviet Communist Party and the former Soviet Union. The essence of the ideological problem of the former Soviet Union is the gradual weakening and complete disappearance of its ideology in maintaining the ruling function of the Soviet Communist Party. Compared with the previous Soviet Union, since the reform and opening up, China has once again realized the importance of ideological construction, insisted on keeping pace with the times, pioneering and innovating, ideological construction has made great achievements, these achievements have greatly promoted the development of socialist construction in our country. However, under the current situation, globalization has a certain impact on the ideology of our country, the network challenges the ideological control ability of our country, the teaching effect of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is not satisfactory, and the socialist belief of a small number of party members is shaken. The challenges and problems faced by the ideological construction of our country are not conducive to maintaining the socialist system and the legitimacy of the Communist Party of China in power, which increases the unstable factors of society and aggravates the social risks of our country. In view of the problems existing in the ideological construction of our country, our country must strengthen the ideological construction and provide a solid ideological guarantee for the socialist modernization construction in order to learn from the former Soviet Union. The countermeasures that should be taken in our country are as follows: first, we should actively deal with the impact of globalization on our ideology. Our country should strengthen the construction of socialist core value system, overcome the moralistic style of ideological construction, strengthen the infiltration of Marxism in cultural life, and pay attention to the control of public opinion orientation. Second, strengthen the construction of network ideological positions. Our country should strengthen the mainstream website construction, strengthens the network public opinion area management. Third, strengthen the construction of ideological positions of important groups. Our country should improve the teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, occupy the main position of ideological education, strengthen the ideological education to the broad masses of party members, strengthen the strong spiritual force of common struggle, promote the construction of party style and clean government and the struggle against corruption, and enhance the public's recognition of ideology.
