鐵路與十九世紀德國統(tǒng)一:基于國家利用技術(shù)的視角

【摘要】:德國早期的鐵路是在英國的影響下發(fā)展起來的,主要由私營公司建設,對德國統(tǒng)一沒有產(chǎn)生直接影響。在德意志諸邦中,普魯士主動加強了對鐵路的管制,最終使鐵路融入普魯士政治軍事體制。在德國統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)爭中,普魯士鐵路體制發(fā)揮了重要的作用,成為贏得戰(zhàn)爭的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。盡管鐵路能夠影響地緣政治,但其潛力只有通過國家的主動利用才會充分展現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The early German railways were developed under British influence, mainly by private companies, with no direct impact on German unification. In the German states, Prussia took the initiative to strengthen the control of the railway and eventually integrated the railway into the political and military system of Prussia. Prussian railway system played an important role in the German Unification War and became the key link to win the war. Although railways can influence geopolitics, their potential can only be fully demonstrated through active national use.
