【摘要】： 本文考察了“光榮革命”至工業(yè)革命前這一段時間,即17世紀(jì)末至18世紀(jì)中下葉英國的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策,主要包括英國的議會圈地運(yùn)動、財政金融政策、國內(nèi)外貿(mào)易政策。全文由緒論、正文、結(jié)語三部分部分組成。 緒論主要概括了選題的目的和意義,介紹了關(guān)于本選題國內(nèi)外的研究概況,總結(jié)了本文的研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處。 正文部分由三部分構(gòu)成。 第一部分的內(nèi)容主要包括議會圈地立法的開始、立法的具體程序與監(jiān)督機(jī)制、議會圈地立法的特征,最后是議會圈地立法的影響。 第二部分概括了英國財政金融政策主要內(nèi)容。包括近代稅收制度的確立、國債制度的形成、近代貨幣制度的初步建立、近代銀行體系的初步建立。 第三部分概述了國內(nèi)外的貿(mào)易政策。該部分主要概括了國內(nèi)市場的發(fā)展、殖民地與海外市場擴(kuò)大、黑奴貿(mào)易。 結(jié)語部分對文章的總體內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了概括與總結(jié),對議會圈地運(yùn)動、財政金融政策、國內(nèi)外貿(mào)易政策三者之間的關(guān)系作了一定的分析,得出結(jié)論即光榮革命至工業(yè)革命前英國的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策大大地促進(jìn)了英國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,為工業(yè)革命的產(chǎn)生奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the economic policies of Britain from the glorious revolution to the industrial revolution, from the end of the 17th century to the middle and the middle of the 18th century, mainly including the parliamentary enclosure, fiscal and financial policies, and domestic and foreign trade policies. The full text consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction summarizes the purpose and significance of the topic, introduces the research situation at home and abroad, summarizes the research methods and innovations of this paper. The text is composed of three parts. The content of the first part mainly includes the beginning of the legislation, the specific procedure and supervision mechanism, the characteristics of the legislation, and finally the influence of the legislation. The second part summarizes the main contents of British fiscal and financial policy. It includes the establishment of the modern tax system, the formation of the national debt system, the preliminary establishment of the modern monetary system and the preliminary establishment of the modern banking system. The third part summarizes the domestic and foreign trade policies. This part mainly summarizes the development of the domestic market, colonial and overseas market expansion, the slave trade. The conclusion part summarizes and summarizes the overall content of the article, and analyzes the relationship among the parliamentary enclosure movement, fiscal and monetary policy, and domestic and foreign trade policy. The conclusion is that the British economic policy greatly promoted the development of the British economy and laid the foundation for the emergence of the Industrial Revolution.
