英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制研究

【摘要】：本文遵循馬克思主義歷史唯物論的基本原理,運(yùn)用唯物辯證法,從歷史學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、法學(xué)、政治學(xué)等學(xué)科互動(dòng)的學(xué)理框架出發(fā),對(duì)英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制興起的歷史條件及其發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了剖析,深入研究了英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的核心——國(guó)家干預(yù)體制的發(fā)展,英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制——市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的形成,英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的決策機(jī)制——企業(yè)組織制度的出現(xiàn);通過(guò)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制與封建農(nóng)本經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和資本主義自由經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的比較,確認(rèn)了英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的歷史地位和重要作用。以封建主義向資本主義過(guò)渡時(shí)期英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制研究為基礎(chǔ),本文肯定了英國(guó)重商主義對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制變革的積極作用,指出了其作為商業(yè)資本主義思想載體所具有的缺陷和不足。 在引言部分,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)重商主義時(shí)代英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)變革和重商主義思想的研究作了簡(jiǎn)要述評(píng),并梳理了有關(guān)基本概念和理論問(wèn)題,提出了選題的意義。 本文共分為五章: 第一章揭示了英國(guó)重商主義興起的歷史條件,即封建農(nóng)本經(jīng)濟(jì)的瓦解、商品貨幣經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)達(dá)和民族國(guó)家崛起;研究了重商主義思想的主要內(nèi)容及其思想內(nèi)涵,并批駁了強(qiáng)加在重商主義思想之上的偏見(jiàn);探討了影響了重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制形成的其他因素,如政治體制、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等等。 第二章解析了國(guó)家對(duì)英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的干預(yù)。作為一種經(jīng)濟(jì)力量,國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)職能不斷增強(qiáng),管理機(jī)構(gòu)日趨完善。在重商主義思想指導(dǎo)下,國(guó)家通過(guò)對(duì)內(nèi)實(shí)施關(guān)稅保護(hù)、維護(hù)糧價(jià)穩(wěn)定、保護(hù)制造業(yè)、留住貴金屬等政策,對(duì)外實(shí)行殖民和商戰(zhàn)政策,并通過(guò)航海法、谷物法等經(jīng)濟(jì)立法,加強(qiáng)了對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的干預(yù)。 第三章研究了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)作為英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的形成,分析了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)在倫敦的整合下把村莊市場(chǎng)、城鎮(zhèn)市場(chǎng)、市集等市場(chǎng)形式匯流成統(tǒng)一市場(chǎng),海外市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)傳統(tǒng)的商站貿(mào)易階段、歐洲貿(mào)易階段,最終形成了一個(gè)多層次的海外貿(mào)易網(wǎng)絡(luò),并確立了以倫敦為中心的多邊貿(mào)易體制。 第四章考察了重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制在微觀層面的決策機(jī)制,揭示了企業(yè)組織制度在工業(yè)、商業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)等行業(yè)的演進(jìn)和變革,探討了工業(yè)企業(yè)中商人支配生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)和工場(chǎng)手工業(yè)的資本主義性質(zhì),商業(yè)企業(yè)中股份公司的起源及其對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的意義,農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)中租地農(nóng)場(chǎng)和資本主義大農(nóng)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)變革的重要性。 第五章為結(jié)論部分,歸納了英國(guó)重商主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的基本特征、歷史地位及其重要作用,總結(jié)了其對(duì)英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展乃至人類歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程所產(chǎn)生的全面而深刻的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper follows the basic principles of Marxist historical materialism, applies materialist dialectics, and sets out from the theoretical framework of the interaction of history, economics, sociology, law, political science and so on. This paper analyzes the historical conditions and development course of British mercantilism economic system, and deeply studies the development of state intervention system, which is the core of British mercantilism economic system. The coordinated mechanism of British mercantilist economic system-the formation of market economy, the decision-making mechanism of British mercantilist economic system-the emergence of enterprise organization system; By comparing mercantilism economic system with feudal peasant economy system and capitalist free economic system, this paper confirms the historical position and important role of British mercantilist economic system. Based on the study of the British economic system in the transition period from feudalism to capitalism, this paper affirms the positive role of British mercantilism in the reform of the economic system, and points out its defects and shortcomings as a carrier of commercial capitalism. In the introduction part, the author makes a brief review of the domestic and foreign studies on the British economic change and mercantilism in the mercantilism era, combs the basic concepts and theoretical problems, and puts forward the significance of the topic selection. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter reveals the historical conditions for the rise of British mercantilism, namely, the collapse of the feudal peasant economy, the development of the commodity monetary economy and the rise of the nation-state; This paper studies the main content and connotation of mercantilism, refutes the prejudice imposed on mercantilism, and probes into other factors that influence the formation of mercantilist economic system, such as political system, economic development level and so on. The second chapter analyzes the state's intervention in British economic life. As an economic force, the economic function of the country is constantly enhanced, and the management institutions are becoming more and more perfect. Under the guidance of mercantilism, the state adopted policies such as tariff protection, maintenance of food price stability, protection of manufacturing industry, retention of precious metals, and foreign colonial and commercial war policies, and adopted economic legislation such as the Maritime Law, the Grain Law, etc. Increased intervention in the economy. The third chapter studies the formation of market economy as the coordinated mechanism of British mercantilist economic system, and analyzes the basis of market economy. Under the integration of London, the domestic market integrates the village market and the town market. Markets such as markets converge into a unified market. After the traditional trading stage and European trade stage, the overseas market finally forms a multi-level overseas trade network and establishes a multilateral trading system centered on London. Chapter four examines the decision-making mechanism of the mercantilist economic system at the micro level, and reveals the evolution and transformation of the enterprise organization system in the industries such as industry, commerce and agriculture. This paper probes into the emergence of the phenomenon of merchant dominating production in industrial enterprises and the capitalist nature of workshop handicraft industry, the origin of joint-stock companies in commercial enterprises and its significance to modern enterprise system. The importance of land rental farm and big capitalist farm in agricultural enterprises for agricultural transformation. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, summarizes the British mercantilist economic system basic characteristic, the historical position and its important function, has summarized its comprehensive and profound influence to the British economic society development and the human historical development process.
