【摘要】：第一次世界大戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前,俄國(guó)在確定自己的結(jié)盟政策時(shí)的權(quán)重是國(guó)家利益,但在是與德國(guó)結(jié)盟還是與英國(guó)結(jié)盟的抉擇上長(zhǎng)期搖擺不定。歐洲政治格局的演變以及巴爾干危機(jī)、日俄戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)等事件的頻繁發(fā)生,最終導(dǎo)致俄國(guó)、法國(guó)和英國(guó)這三個(gè)最不可能成為盟友的國(guó)家建立了協(xié)約關(guān)系,歐洲的國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略格局也由多極變成了兩極。薩拉熱窩事件后,兩大軍事集團(tuán)互不相讓,歐洲的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)火藥庫(kù)終于被點(diǎn)燃。
[Abstract]:Before the outbreak of World War I, Russia's weight in determining its policy of alliance was in the national interest, but the choice of an alliance with Germany or with Britain had long been uncertain. The evolution of the political structure in Europe and the frequent occurrence of the Balkan crisis and the Japan-Russian war resulted in the establishment of a treaty between Russia, France and Britain, the three least likely allies, Europe's international strategic pattern has also changed from multi-polarity to two poles. After the Sarajevo incident, the two military blocs were at loggerheads, and Europe's war powder depots were finally ignited.
