【摘要】：德國在1945年的無條件投降是德國重建的起點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過了三年與蘇聯(lián)的討價(jià)還價(jià)之后,美國終于決定另起爐灶,單獨(dú)建立一個(gè)由西方占領(lǐng)區(qū)聯(lián)合起來的聯(lián)邦制德國。西方占領(lǐng)區(qū)的德國人在經(jīng)過一番討論之后接受了這個(gè)決定。自1948年9月起,經(jīng)過一年的努力,西方占領(lǐng)區(qū)制定并通過了《基本法》,還成功地舉行了第一次大選。文章試圖從建國起點(diǎn)、制憲過程和第一次大選三個(gè)方面論述聯(lián)邦德國的建國歷程。
[Abstract]:Germany's unconditional surrender in 1945 was the starting point for its reconstruction. After three years of bargaining with the Soviet Union, the United States finally decided to set up a separate federal Germany, United by Western occupation. The Germans in the Western occupied territories accepted the decision after some discussion. Since September 1948, after a year of hard work, the Western occupied territories enacted and passed the basic Law, and successfully held the first general election. This paper attempts to discuss the history of the founding of the Federal Republic of Germany from three aspects: the starting point of the founding of the country, the constitution-making process and the first general election.
