【摘要】： 美國(guó)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)和第二次科技革命使美國(guó)的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)型,這種轉(zhuǎn)型的影響是深遠(yuǎn)的。本文以美國(guó)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)后的勞工階層為研究對(duì)象,以此為背景,探析勞工階層結(jié)構(gòu)的變化表現(xiàn)以及變化的原因,并探討勞工階層結(jié)構(gòu)的變化對(duì)歷史發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響。 引言部分主要介紹中美學(xué)界針對(duì)勞工問(wèn)題的研究成果與現(xiàn)狀,確定本文所要切入的角度以及著重要解決的問(wèn)題,介紹本文所采用的研究方法和理論。 正文分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分:考察美國(guó)雇傭勞工階層的來(lái)源和內(nèi)戰(zhàn)前美國(guó)勞工階層的收入水平、生活條件以及勞工在此時(shí)期的生活水平,勞工在此階段所面臨的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。第二部分:考察內(nèi)戰(zhàn)后勞工階層所產(chǎn)生的變化和在新歷史時(shí)期的新特征。第三部分:分析內(nèi)戰(zhàn)前后勞工階層結(jié)構(gòu)變化的原因與特征,并探討與其他資本主義國(guó)家相比,美國(guó)勞工問(wèn)題的特殊之處。 結(jié)語(yǔ)部分在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上,指出內(nèi)戰(zhàn)前后勞工階層的變化和歷史特征,概括了論文的主要觀點(diǎn)。本文力圖對(duì)美國(guó)勞工問(wèn)題做出較為全面、客觀的闡述,美國(guó)在歷史轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期未能及時(shí)解決所面臨的勞工問(wèn)題,給社會(huì)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)障礙,我們要以史為鑒,在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期及時(shí)、有效的解決出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和困難。
[Abstract]:The American Civil War and the second technological Revolution transformed the social and economic structure of the United States. This paper takes the labor class after the American Civil War as the research object, taking this as the background, analyzes the change performance and the reason of the labor class structure, and probes into the influence of the change of the labor class structure on the historical development. The introduction mainly introduces the research results and present situation of Chinese and American scholars on labor issues, determines the angle of this paper and the important problems to be solved, and introduces the research methods and theories adopted in this paper. The text is divided into three parts: the first part: to investigate the source of the American employed labor class and the income level, living conditions and living standard of the American working class before the Civil War, and the social problems faced by the labor in this period. The second part examines the changes of the labor class after the Civil War and the new features in the new historical period. The third part analyzes the causes and characteristics of the changes of the labor class structure before and after the Civil War, and probes into the special features of American labor problems compared with other capitalist countries. On the basis of summing up the full text, the conclusion points out the changes and historical characteristics of the labor class before and after the Civil War, and summarizes the main viewpoints of the paper. This paper tries to make a more comprehensive and objective exposition of the American labor problem. In the period of historical transition, the United States fails to solve the labor problem in time, which brings obstacles to the development of the society. We should learn from history and be timely in the period of social transformation. Solve problems and difficulties effectively.
