【摘要】： 腓力二世的改革是法國中世紀(jì)社會(huì)歷史進(jìn)程中的一個(gè)重大事件。腓力二世的改革有著深刻的歷史背景,11世紀(jì)的拓荒運(yùn)動(dòng)促進(jìn)了法國農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,在此基礎(chǔ)上城市復(fù)興。城市的復(fù)興不僅改變了法國的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)也改變了社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),市民階層興起并逐漸壯大,成為一股新的政治力量。這些都為腓力二世的改革奠定了必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。 腓力二世改革的目的是為了加強(qiáng)王權(quán)的集權(quán),因此擴(kuò)大王室領(lǐng)地,增強(qiáng)王室的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力是其改革的前奏。隨著王室領(lǐng)地的擴(kuò)大,為了提升王權(quán)的行政管理能力,進(jìn)行了司法改革、行政改革,建立了新的官吏制度。腓利二世的一系列改革措施擴(kuò)大了王室在各地的政治影響,有效的遏制了封建勢力的不斷增長,為此后法國民族國家的形成奠定了領(lǐng)土基礎(chǔ),這是一方面;另一方面,也改變了在政治上封建割據(jù)的局面,有利于農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,在法國北部形成了以巴黎為中心的統(tǒng)一地區(qū),為此后全法國領(lǐng)土的統(tǒng)一打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The reform of Philip II was an important event in the history of medieval France. The reform of Philip II had a profound historical background and the pioneer movement in the 11th century promoted the development of French agriculture, and on this basis, the city was revived. The revival of the city not only changed the economic structure of France, but also changed the social structure. All these laid the necessary economic and social foundation for the reform of Philip II. The purpose of Philip II reform was to strengthen Wang Quan's centralization, so expanding the royal territory and strengthening the royal economic strength were the prelude to his reform. With the expansion of royal territory, in order to improve Wang Quan's administrative ability, judicial reform, administrative reform, and the establishment of a new official system. Philip II's series of reform measures expanded the political influence of the royal family in various places, effectively restrained the continuous growth of feudal forces, and laid the territorial foundation for the formation of the French nation-state afterwards, on the one hand, and on the other hand, It also changed the situation of political feudalism and was conducive to the development of agricultural economy and trade. In the north of France, a unified area with Paris as the center was formed, which laid a solid foundation for the unification of the whole French territory.
