【摘要】： 本文以近代英國民族主義的起源、發(fā)展和演變?yōu)橹饕芯績?nèi)容,從整體上理解近代以來英國民族主義所擔當?shù)臍v史角色并分析它的性質(zhì)。 英國作為第一個走上現(xiàn)代化道路的民族國家,其民族主義有很多值得注意的地方。英國第一個實現(xiàn)了工業(yè)革命,完成了現(xiàn)代化與民族國家的整合,這并非歷史的巧合,而是與英國的歷史文化傳統(tǒng)和民族氣質(zhì)有關。英國的民族主義看上去遠沒有后起的法、德等國的民族主義那樣彰顯而令人矚目。但是,這并不是說英國的民族主義不存在。相反我們應將英國的民族主義視為近代民族主義的主流,這是因為,在很大程度上英國民族主義是近代以來資產(chǎn)階級政治解放的產(chǎn)物,我們不能簡單的將民族主義理解為一種意識形態(tài),相反它是一種政治和社會的偉大運動。 論文分五部分論述英國的民族主義。第一章,主要論述中世紀以來英國民族的形成。第二章,以王朝國家為核心論述英國近代民族主義的誕生。第三章,以英國民族主義的發(fā)展為線索,以重商主義和殖民主義為著眼點,分析近代以來英國民族主義之嬗變。第四章總結英國民族主義的特點。第五章,將英國民族主義與法德的民族主義相比較。最后是結語部分。
[Abstract]:Taking the origin, development and evolution of modern British nationalism as the main research content, this paper comprehensively understands the historical role played by British nationalism since modern times and analyzes its nature. As the first nation-state to embark on the road of modernization, Britain's nationalism has much to be noticed. Britain was the first to realize the industrial revolution and complete the integration of modernization and nation-state, which is not a coincidence of history, but is related to the British historical and cultural tradition and ethos. British nationalism seems to be far from the new France, and Germany and other countries are as striking. But that is not to say that British nationalism does not exist. On the contrary, we should regard British nationalism as the mainstream of modern nationalism because, to a large extent, British nationalism is the product of bourgeois political liberation since modern times. We cannot simply interpret nationalism as an ideology, rather it is a great political and social movement. The paper is divided into five parts to discuss British nationalism. The first chapter mainly discusses the formation of the British nation since the Middle Ages. The second chapter discusses the birth of modern British nationalism with dynastic state as the core. The third chapter, taking the development of British nationalism as a clue, focusing on mercantilism and colonialism, analyzes the evolution of British nationalism since modern times. Chapter four summarizes the characteristics of British nationalism. Chapter five compares British nationalism with that of France and Germany. The last part is the conclusion.
