【摘要】：查士丁尼二世"贈禮"法令是研究7世紀末至8世紀初拜占庭帝國外交政策、宗教態(tài)度、管理模式、社會變化等方面極為珍貴的第一手文獻。雖然目前國外學(xué)界已出版了該法令的諸多�？北竞妥g本,中文文本也由筆者據(jù)希臘文和英文譯出,但是對其價值的研究學(xué)界還尚未展開,故本文擬以該法令的具體內(nèi)容為基礎(chǔ),進一步探討其歷史價值,以期對學(xué)界關(guān)于銘文和法令的研究有所啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The Act of Gift of Justinian II is a valuable first hand document in the study of Byzantine Empire's foreign policy, religious attitude, management model and social change from the end of the 7th century to the beginning of the eighth century. Although the scholars abroad have published many revised versions and translations of the decree, the Chinese text has also been translated by the author in Greek and English, but the study of its value has not yet been carried out, so this paper intends to base on the specific contents of the decree. Further explore its historical value in order to enlighten the academic research on inscriptions and decrees.
