【摘要】： 從17世紀(jì)初至今,近400年的旅俄華人史綿延不斷、起伏跌宕。從伏爾加河畔的土爾扈特人到早期的旅俄華商,從“割地成僑”的萬余原住民到19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初的旅俄華工,從20世紀(jì)中期的留蘇人員到今天的華人職業(yè)多樣化,旅俄華人在中俄兩國關(guān)系、俄羅斯對待旅俄華人的政策和態(tài)度等各方面因素影響下,在人口數(shù)量、文化程度、職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、生活質(zhì)量等各方面發(fā)生巨大變化。由于特殊原因,旅俄華人與其他國家的華僑華人有著顯著區(qū)別,其一,旅俄華人加入俄籍的數(shù)量極少,多數(shù)屬短期居留;其二,俄羅斯也始終未形成如其他國家的華人聚居地——唐人街或中國城。與旅俄華人的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展相伴隨的還有“黃禍論”和中國“人口威脅論”等論調(diào),對這些謬論產(chǎn)生的原因和危害,本文進(jìn)行了分析和批判�？傊�,本文在大量中外文資料、特別是俄文檔案資料的基礎(chǔ)上,運用歷史學(xué)、社會學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)等研究方法,梳理旅俄華人的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展演變進(jìn)程,探析其規(guī)律和特點,批駁“黃禍論”和中國“人口威脅論”,為旅俄華人的健康發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:From the beginning of the 17th century to the beginning of the 20th century, the history of the Chinese traveling to Russia has lasted for nearly 400 years. From the Turhuts on the banks of the Volga River to the early Chinese traveling businessmen in Russia, from the aborigines who "separated the land into overseas Chinese" to the Chinese traveling workers in Russia at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, from the staying in the Soviet Union in the mid-20th century to the diversification of Chinese occupations today, the Chinese traveling to Russia Under the influence of the relations between Russia and China, Russia's policies and attitudes toward Chinese traveling in Russia, great changes have taken place in the aspects of population, educational level, occupational structure, and quality of life. For special reasons, Chinese traveling in Russia are markedly different from overseas Chinese in other countries. First, the number of Chinese traveling in Russia joining Russian nationality is extremely high. Secondly, Russia has never formed a Chinese settlement like Chinatown or Chinatown in other countries. The emergence and development of the Chinese in Russia are accompanied by arguments such as "Yellow Peril" and "Population Threat" in China. This paper analyzes and criticizes the causes and harms of these fallacies. On the basis of a great deal of Chinese and foreign documents, especially Russian documents, this paper, by using the methods of history, sociology and statistics, combs the process of the emergence and development of the Chinese in Russia, explores its laws and characteristics, refutes the "Yellow Peril Theory" and the "Population Threat Theory" of China, and puts forward constructive meanings for the healthy development of the Chinese in Russia.
