淺析加洛林家族的崛起

【摘要】：加洛林家族(Carolingian)是西方中世紀早期歷史中的重要家族之一,加洛林得名于這個家族的重要成員查理·馬特(Charles Martel)的拉丁文名字Carolus。加洛林家族于7—9世紀逐漸興起、壯大,這個時期是一個大變革的時期。在這個時期伊斯蘭文明興起、拜占庭帝國收縮、蠻族入侵,原來統(tǒng)一在羅馬帝國下的地中海世界一分為三,三股力量沿自己的軌道向前發(fā)展并創(chuàng)造出三種不同的文化。失去了羅馬帝國支持又被蠻族入侵弄得支離破碎的歐洲徘徊在十字路口,加洛林家族在這個過程中無意間承擔了引導歐洲發(fā)展的任務。加洛林家族中連續(xù)幾代都出現(xiàn)了領(lǐng)袖人物,在他們的帶領(lǐng)下,該家族影響了整個西歐中世紀早期的歷史。加洛林家族崛起到鼎盛的過程不僅僅是一個王朝興起的過程,也是西方基督教文明逐漸定型的過程。因此,本文以加洛林家族的崛起為切入點,從一個側(cè)面反映西方基督教文明的成長。 本文正文分四個部分:第一部分介紹加洛林家族崛起的背景,這個背景主要分三個方面:一是地中海南岸伊斯蘭世界的興起、拜占庭帝國的嬗變,以及他們之間的摩擦給地中海整體局勢帶來的微妙變化;二是自羅馬帝國晚期源源不斷進入羅馬帝國的蠻族軍隊給歐洲帶來的影響;三是當時氣候的影響,氣候是民族大遷徙的一個原因。第二部分介紹加洛林家族崛起的手段,主要有加洛林家族在與周圍蠻族的征戰(zhàn)中取得勝利、與其他部族聯(lián)姻穩(wěn)固家族力量、與教會加強聯(lián)系獲得支持三個手段。與其他部族聯(lián)姻是日耳曼民族慣用的保證自己利益完整的方法,加洛林家族同樣不會放棄。第三部分介紹加洛林家族崛起過程中的四個代表人物,從他們的生平中我們可以看到加洛林家族的逐漸強大。第四部分分析加洛林家族的崛起對當時的影響:他們支持的基督教“把整個封建的西歐聯(lián)合為一個大的政治體系”,他們對統(tǒng)治方式的改變實際上是放棄了羅馬的傳統(tǒng)。從此以后,他們將眼光著力于自己更熟悉的歐洲內(nèi)地而不是他們已經(jīng)漸漸陌生的地中海。 結(jié)語部分對全文做出小結(jié):加洛林家族的崛起不僅僅是一次篡權(quán),而是日耳曼民族對羅馬文化的吸收和改變,在社會大環(huán)境的綜合作用下,西方基督教文明就此形成。
[Abstract]:(Carolingian) is one of the most important families in the early medieval history of the West. It was named after the Latin name Carolus. of Charlie (Charles Martel), an important member of the family. The Galolin family began to rise and grow in the 7-9 th century, a period of great change. During this period, the rise of Islamic civilization, the contraction of the Byzantine Empire, the invasion of barbarians, the Mediterranean world, which was United under the Roman Empire, was divided into three parts, and the three forces developed along their own tracks and created three different cultures. Europe, which had lost the support of the Roman Empire and was torn apart by the invasion of barbarians, lingered at a crossroads, and in the process the Garolin family unwittingly assumed the task of guiding the development of Europe. Under the leadership of the Garolin family, which has emerged for generations, the family influenced the early Middle Ages of Western Europe. The rise of the Garolin family to its peak is not only the process of the rise of a dynasty, but also the process of the gradual shaping of the Western Christian civilization. Therefore, this paper reflects the growth of Western Christian civilization from the perspective of the rise of the Garolin family. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background of the rise of the Garlin family, which is mainly divided into three aspects: first, the rise of the Islamic world on the southern coast of the Mediterranean, the evolution of the Byzantine Empire, And the subtle changes that their friction has brought to the overall situation in the Mediterranean; second, the impact on Europe of the barbarian armies that have been flowing into the Roman Empire since the late Roman Empire; and, third, the impact of the climate at that time. Climate is one of the reasons for the great migration of the nation. The second part introduces the means of the rise of the Gallin family, mainly three means: the Gallin family won the battle with the surrounding barbarian clan, the marriage with other tribes, the strengthening of the relationship with the church to gain support. Marriage with other tribes is the Germanic way to keep their interests intact, and the Garolin family will not give up. The third part introduces the four representative figures in the process of the rise of the Garlin family. We can see from their lives that the family is gradually strong. The fourth part analyzes the influence of the rise of the Gallin family on that time: the Christianity they supported "United the whole feudal Western Europe into a large political system", and their change in the way of rule actually abandoned the tradition of Rome. From then on, they focused their eyes on the more familiar interior of Europe than on the Mediterranean, which they were becoming unfamiliar with. The conclusion concludes that the rise of the Garolin family is not only a usurpation of power, but also the absorption and change of Roman culture by the Germanic people. Under the comprehensive action of the social environment, the western Christian civilization is formed.
