【摘要】：當(dāng)奧斯曼帝國(guó)的衰弱與歐洲國(guó)家的強(qiáng)大形成鮮明對(duì)比時(shí),歐洲大國(guó)看似掌握著瓜分奧斯曼帝國(guó)的主動(dòng)權(quán),但歐洲國(guó)家因利益沖突而不可能一致對(duì)付奧斯曼帝國(guó)。奧斯曼帝國(guó)內(nèi)憂外患、衰弱不堪,但它依靠一兩個(gè)強(qiáng)國(guó)來抵制其他歐洲強(qiáng)國(guó)的侵犯,保持了國(guó)家主權(quán)的獨(dú)立:在英國(guó)和法國(guó)的幫助下抵制俄國(guó),在俄國(guó)幫助下壓制埃及行省的分裂行動(dòng),依靠德國(guó)的幫助抗拒其他歐洲強(qiáng)國(guó),客觀上延緩了帝國(guó)的衰亡。很顯然,奧斯曼帝國(guó)的外交雖是"病急亂投醫(yī)",但也有一定主動(dòng)性,并非完全任人宰割;只是帝國(guó)內(nèi)政中的問題削弱了正常外交活動(dòng)。奧斯曼帝國(guó)對(duì)歐關(guān)系的演變受當(dāng)時(shí)歐洲國(guó)際關(guān)系格局變動(dòng)的嚴(yán)重影響,帝國(guó)最終被卷入歐洲大國(guó)之間的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。
[Abstract]:When the decline of the Ottoman Empire contrasted sharply with the strength of the European countries, the European powers seemed to hold the initiative of dividing the Ottoman Empire, but the European countries could not be United against the Ottoman Empire because of conflicts of interest. The Ottoman Empire was frail at home and abroad, but it relied on one or two great powers to resist the encroachment of other European powers and to preserve its independence of national sovereignty: with the help of Britain and France, it resisted Russia. Repressing Egypt's secession with Russian help and relying on German help to resist other European powers objectively delayed the fall of the empire. Obviously, although the Ottoman Empire's diplomacy was "sick and hasty," it also had some initiative and was not completely left to others; it was only that problems in the internal affairs of the empire weakened normal diplomatic activities. The evolution of the Ottoman Empire to Europe was seriously affected by the change of the European international relations at that time, and the empire was eventually involved in the war between the European powers.
