【摘要】： 二十世紀(jì)五十、六十年代的中蘇關(guān)系是二戰(zhàn)后世界史上的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。隨著中蘇檔案的解密，中蘇沖突已成為史學(xué)界探討的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，并取得了許多成果，本文在上述研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上本著客觀的態(tài)度探討中蘇沖突的原因及對(duì)中國(guó)、蘇聯(lián)、國(guó)際共產(chǎn)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)和國(guó)際局勢(shì)的影響，對(duì)于我國(guó)處理中國(guó)與周邊關(guān)系具有重要的借鑒意義，并吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。 本文從中蘇沖突的表現(xiàn)、原因、影響三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。 第一部分，本文介紹了中蘇關(guān)系從同盟到?jīng)_突的表現(xiàn)。中蘇同為社會(huì)主義國(guó)家，又曾經(jīng)是盟國(guó)，但它們卻最終走向了對(duì)抗。這種對(duì)抗表現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事、意識(shí)形態(tài)等各個(gè)方面。 第二部分，中蘇沖突的原因。該部分主要從兩個(gè)方面分析中蘇沖突的原因。中蘇沖突是多種因素共同作用、相互交織的結(jié)果，其中主要是國(guó)家利益、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者個(gè)人因素導(dǎo)致的。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)兩國(guó)有著共同的利益和共同的敵人時(shí)，就會(huì)掩蓋它們之間的利益沖突；當(dāng)它們之間的利益發(fā)生矛盾時(shí)，國(guó)家間的同盟關(guān)系也就不存在了。正是蘇聯(lián)的大國(guó)主義、大黨主義政策與中國(guó)的獨(dú)立自主政策發(fā)生矛盾導(dǎo)致了雙方利益的沖突。此外，中蘇兩國(guó)實(shí)行的是領(lǐng)袖外交，使得雙方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之間的矛盾導(dǎo)致了國(guó)家之間的沖突。 第三部分，中蘇沖突的深遠(yuǎn)影響。該部分主要分析了中蘇沖突對(duì)中國(guó)、蘇聯(lián)、國(guó)際共產(chǎn)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)及其對(duì)國(guó)際局勢(shì)的影響。首先，，對(duì)于中國(guó)、蘇聯(lián)的影響主要體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事、外交等方面。其次，對(duì)于國(guó)際局勢(shì)的影響主要表現(xiàn)在社會(huì)主義陣營(yíng)的解體和國(guó)際共產(chǎn)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)的分裂，同時(shí)促進(jìn)了中美關(guān)系的改善、各國(guó)獨(dú)立自主傾向的發(fā)展。并推動(dòng)世界向多極化方向的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Sino-Soviet relations in the 1950 s and 1960 s were an important issue in world history after World War II. With the declassification of the archives between China and the Soviet Union, the Sino-Soviet conflict has become a hot issue in the field of history, and many achievements have been made. Based on the above research results, this paper discusses the causes of the Sino-Soviet conflict and its impact on China and the Soviet Union in an objective manner. The influence of the international communist movement and the international situation has important reference significance for our country to deal with the relations between China and its periphery, and draw lessons from experience. This paper discusses the performance, cause and influence of the Sino-Soviet conflict. In the first part, this paper introduces the performance of Sino-Soviet relations from alliance to conflict. Both China and the Soviet Union were socialist countries and allies, but they eventually moved towards confrontation. This confrontation is manifested in economic, political, military, ideological and other aspects. The second part, the causes of the conflict between China and the Soviet Union. This part mainly analyzes the causes of the Sino-Soviet conflict from two aspects. The Sino-Soviet conflict is the result of the interaction of various factors, mainly caused by national interests and leaders' personal factors. We find that when the two countries have common interests and common enemies, they cover up conflicts of interest between them, and when there is a conflict of interests between them, there is no alliance between nations. It is the contradiction between the Soviet Unionism, the big party policy and the independent policy of China that leads to the conflict of interests between the two sides. In addition, China and the Soviet Union practice leadership diplomacy, leading to conflict between the two leaders. The third part, the profound influence of the Sino-Soviet conflict. This part mainly analyzes the impact of the Sino-Soviet conflict on China, the Soviet Union, the international communist movement and the international situation. First of all, for China, the Soviet Union mainly reflected in the economic, political, military, diplomatic and other aspects. Secondly, the influence on the international situation is mainly reflected in the disintegration of the socialist camp and the division of the international communist movement, at the same time, it has promoted the improvement of Sino-US relations and the development of the independent tendency of various countries. And promote the development of the world to the direction of multi-polarization.
