【摘要】：1943年12月15日,越南總督德古從所駐地致電法國(guó)駐龍州兼南寧領(lǐng)事奚居赫,囑將其來(lái)電直接函達(dá)中國(guó)政府,電文內(nèi)容系法越當(dāng)局希望于日敵崩潰前同中國(guó)恢復(fù)和發(fā)展中越經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系之建議,并進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)雙方合作。12月22日奚居赫在龍州奉此電令,即以其名義具函將德古原電全文轉(zhuǎn)呈中方最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人蔣介石,并就該函意旨對(duì)中方相關(guān)外交人員作口頭說(shuō)明。
[Abstract]:On December 15, 1943, Vietnamese Governor de Gou sent a telephone call from his residence to Xi Juhe, French consul in Longzhou and Nanning, asking him to send his call directly to the Chinese government. The content of the message is a proposal made by the French and Vietnamese authorities to resume and develop Sino-Vietnamese economic relations with China before the Japanese enemy collapses, and to further strengthen cooperation between the two sides. In his name, the full text of the telegram was transmitted to the supreme leader of the Chinese side, Jiang Jieshi, and an oral explanation was made to the relevant Chinese diplomats on the intent of the letter.
