日清汽船株式會(huì)社論析(1907-1939)

【摘要】: 甲午戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)后,日本航運(yùn)在日本政府的支持下,以上海為基地,向長(zhǎng)江流域和沿海各口岸大舉擴(kuò)張勢(shì)力。日本企業(yè)先后有大東汽船株式會(huì)社、大阪商船株式會(huì)社、日本郵船會(huì)社、湖南汽船會(huì)社進(jìn)入長(zhǎng)江流域開(kāi)展運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng),并出現(xiàn)了無(wú)序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的現(xiàn)象。之后,日本政府出于整合日本航運(yùn)在長(zhǎng)江流域的運(yùn)營(yíng)勢(shì)力以對(duì)抗其他國(guó)家航運(yùn)企業(yè),從而侵占更多的權(quán)益之目的,于1907年3月成立了日清汽船株式會(huì)社(又稱(chēng)“日清汽船會(huì)社”)。 日清汽船株式會(huì)社是二戰(zhàn)前日本在華航運(yùn)企業(yè)的重要代表。在其32年的企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)中,一直受到日本政府的“補(bǔ)助金”資助,是擔(dān)負(fù)著日本政府“國(guó)策使命”的航運(yùn)界的“國(guó)策會(huì)社”。本文擬對(duì)日清汽船會(huì)社的興辦及運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況進(jìn)行分析,試圖揭示其在華航運(yùn)業(yè)的侵略地位及其對(duì)長(zhǎng)江流域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的深刻影響,認(rèn)為日本戰(zhàn)前對(duì)華航運(yùn)業(yè)的投資不單純是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)行為,而是日本對(duì)華侵略的重要決策之一。實(shí)質(zhì)上,日清汽船會(huì)社就是日本對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)侵略的一個(gè)重要工具。
[Abstract]:After the Sino-Japanese War, Japanese shipping, supported by the Japanese government, took Shanghai as its base and expanded its influence to the Yangtze River basin and coastal ports on a large scale. The Japanese enterprises have entered the Yangtze River valley to carry on the operation activity successively, the Osaka merchant shipping company, the Japan mail ship company, the Hunan steamboat company has entered the Yangtze River valley, and appeared the disorderly competition phenomenon. Later, the Japanese government aimed to integrate Japanese shipping operations in the Yangtze River Basin to counter shipping enterprises from other countries, thereby encroaching on more rights and interests. In March 1907 established the Riqing Steamboat Co., Ltd. (also known as the "Riqing Steamboat Company"). Niqing Steamboat Co., Ltd. was an important representative of Japanese shipping enterprises in China before World War II. During its 32 years of operation, it has been subsidized by the Japanese government and is the national policy association of the shipping industry, which is responsible for the Japanese government's "national policy mission". This paper intends to analyze the establishment and operation of the Riqing Steamboat Association in order to reveal its aggressive position in the shipping industry in China and its profound impact on the social economy of the Yangtze River Basin. Japan's investment in China's shipping industry before the war is not merely an economic act, but one of the important decisions of Japan's invasion of China. In essence, the Riqing Steamboat Association was an important tool for Japan's economic aggression against China.
