【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以后,以蘇聯(lián)為代表的社會(huì)主義陣營與美國為首的資本主義陣營以意識(shí)形態(tài)和社會(huì)制度為界,形成激烈對(duì)抗的兩極格局。隨著國際環(huán)境的變化,特別是1960年代后期國際格局趨于多極化,蘇美戰(zhàn)略核均勢(shì)的出現(xiàn),蘇聯(lián)迫于國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力,調(diào)整了其過去僵硬的、唯意志論的外交政策,以聯(lián)邦德國為突破口,開始奉行緩和外交。隨著聯(lián)邦德國新東方政策的出臺(tái),蘇聯(lián)與聯(lián)邦德國關(guān)系的緩和大步邁進(jìn),使得蘇聯(lián)緩和外交的目標(biāo)首先在歐洲大陸實(shí)現(xiàn)。蘇聯(lián)與聯(lián)邦德國關(guān)系的緩和揭開了兩國關(guān)系的新篇章,更是這一時(shí)期東西方關(guān)系緩和的重要組成部分,對(duì)兩國乃至整個(gè)國際局勢(shì)都產(chǎn)生深刻影響。
[Abstract]:After World War II, the socialist camp represented by the Soviet Union and the capitalist camp led by the United States took ideology and social system as the boundary and formed a bipolar pattern of fierce confrontation. With the changes in the international environment, especially in the late 1960s, when the international pattern tended to be multipolar and the strategic nuclear balance between the Soviet Union and the United States appeared, the Soviet Union, under domestic economic pressure, adjusted its rigid, willy-only foreign policy. With the Federal Republic of Germany as the breakthrough point, began to pursue detente diplomacy. With the introduction of the new eastern policy of the Federal Republic of Germany, the relations between the Soviet Union and the Federal Republic of Germany made great strides to ease the diplomatic goals of the Soviet Union first realized in the European continent. The relaxation of the relations between the Soviet Union and the Federal Republic of Germany opened a new chapter in the relations between the two countries. It was also an important part of the relaxation of the East-West relations during this period, which had a profound impact on the international situation of the two countries as well as the whole international situation.
