【摘要】：從日本的觀點來看,1895年的甲午海戰(zhàn)獲勝之后,全國主流意見開始討論與凝聚共識,激發(fā)全國人民充實國力、發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟、加強海軍、擴充軍備,以達"富國富民"與"富國強軍"的目標。在傳媒的影響力方面,以當時日本國內最大雜志《太陽》創(chuàng)刊期最具代表,扮演與提供發(fā)表、交流、倡導、教育與凝聚共識的功能與平臺,對于日本成為海洋帝國的影響巨深。與此同時,日本參與歐美帝國陣營,侵奪與殖民外圍國家,尤以近鄰的中國人民受害最深延及至今。本文探究日本最具代表性與影響力的《太陽》雜志創(chuàng)刊期有關海洋帝國發(fā)展的文章與內涵,分析甲午海戰(zhàn)之后,日本由海洋強國轉變成為海洋帝國的發(fā)展思維、情感與行動等脈絡。
[Abstract]:From the Japanese point of view, after the victory of the Sino Japanese war in 1895, the national mainstream opinion began to discuss and gather consensus, stimulate the national people to enrich their national strength, develop the marine economy, strengthen the Navy and expand the armaments to reach the goal of "rich country rich people" and "rich country and strong army". In the media influence, the largest magazine in Japan, "Sun >" The creation period is the most representative, playing and providing the functions and platforms of publishing, communication, advocacy, education and consensus. It has a great influence on Japan's becoming a marine empire. At the same time, Japan's participation in the European and American Empire, the invaded and colonized peripheral countries, and the close neighbours of the Chinese people have been harassed most to the present. This article explores Japan's most representative The article and connotation of the development of the ocean empire by the publication period of the sun > magazine, and the analysis of the transition from the sea power to the ocean Empire, the development thinking, emotion and action of the ocean empire.
