【摘要】：越南戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)(1961-1973)和阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)(1979-1989)的發(fā)動(dòng)和撤軍談判無(wú)不與冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期美蘇對(duì)峙與緩和態(tài)勢(shì)變化密切相關(guān)。如果說(shuō)介入越南和阿富汗是美蘇之間冷戰(zhàn)的對(duì)峙軍事博弈頂峰的話,那么撤出越南和阿富汗則反應(yīng)了冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期美蘇軍事博弈緩和的高峰。目前的研究主要是集中于這兩場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的介入和進(jìn)展,本文試圖從美蘇撤軍為角度來(lái)看冷戰(zhàn)期間美蘇的軍事斗爭(zhēng)是怎樣由高潮到低潮的,并深刻揭示這兩場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的共同本質(zhì)。 本文分引言、正文、結(jié)語(yǔ)和參考文獻(xiàn)等四部分。正文包括三部分,第一章介紹美國(guó)撤軍的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)背景和蘇聯(lián)撤軍的國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)際背景。通過(guò)對(duì)美蘇撤軍背景的比較揭示出美蘇撤軍不同的冷戰(zhàn)攻守態(tài)勢(shì)和兩國(guó)相似的國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境影響；第二章就美蘇撤軍談判過(guò)程進(jìn)行分別分析,通過(guò)分析得出雙方相似的談判進(jìn)程是有條件的撤軍,不同的地方是中國(guó)和巴基斯坦在美國(guó)撤軍和蘇聯(lián)撤軍談判中扮演的角色不同；第三章分析美蘇撤軍對(duì)地區(qū)局勢(shì)和美蘇、越南及阿富汗的影響。 目前,關(guān)于這兩場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的著述都是分別來(lái)看的,把這兩場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)聯(lián)系在一起的撤軍新視角有利于我們更好的完整清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)這段歷史。同時(shí)也可對(duì)研究冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的熱戰(zhàn)提供新的借鑒。當(dāng)今世界,地區(qū)沖突時(shí)有發(fā)生,研究這兩場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)可以發(fā)揮歷史以古為鏡的借鑒作用。對(duì)阿富汗今天的動(dòng)蕩的局勢(shì)和越南的發(fā)展提供歷史參考。
[Abstract]:The initiation and withdrawal negotiations of Vietnam War (1961-1973) and the Afghan War (1979-1989) were closely related to the confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War and the change of detente situation. If the involvement of Vietnam and Afghanistan is the culmination of the confrontation military game between the United States and the Soviet Union, then the withdrawal of Vietnam and Afghanistan reflects the peak of the relaxation of the military game between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War. The current research is mainly focused on the intervention and progress of the two wars. This paper attempts to see how the military struggle between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War from the climax to the low tide from the point of view of the withdrawal of the US and Soviet forces. This article is divided into four parts: introduction, text, conclusion and reference. The main body includes three parts. The first chapter introduces the international, domestic background and the domestic and international background of the withdrawal of American troops. By comparing the background of the withdrawal of US and Soviet troops, it reveals the different Cold War offensive and defensive situations and the similar domestic environmental impact of the withdrawal of US and Soviet forces. Chapter two analyzes the negotiation process of the withdrawal of US and Soviet forces respectively. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the similar negotiation process between the two sides is conditional withdrawal, and the difference is that China and Pakistan play different roles in the negotiations between the United States and the Soviet Union. Chapter three analyzes the regional situation and the US-Soviet withdrawal of the United States and the Soviet Union. The impact of Vietnam and Afghanistan. At present, the writings on both wars are separate, and a new perspective linking the two wars helps us to better understand this history in a complete and clear way. At the same time, it can also provide a new reference for the study of the hot war during the cold war. In today's world, regional conflicts occur from time to time. Provide a historical reference to the turbulent situation in Afghanistan today and the development of Vietnam.
