【摘要】：羅興伽問題目前成為國際社會關(guān)注緬甸的主要議題之一。但是,并沒有多少人知道羅興伽的歷史。大多數(shù)人并不知道為什么羅興伽人在極力地把他們的名字從孟加拉人改成羅興伽人,以及羅興伽這個名字是怎么出現(xiàn)的。英國殖民者占領(lǐng)若開邦之后,出于政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)目的帶來了很多的孟加拉人。這是截至目前羅興伽問題都尚未得到解決的緣起。1948年緬甸獨立之后,由于議會政府采取了錯誤的政策,羅興伽問題不僅沒有得到解決,反而產(chǎn)生了更多的問題。稍后,一些國際組織也介入該問題。本文的寫作主要是筆者在若開當(dāng)?shù)剡M(jìn)行的田野調(diào)查、訪談和利用了一些原始文件基礎(chǔ)上完成的。
[Abstract]:The issue of Luo Xing has become one of the major issues in the international community's attention to Myanmar. But not many people know the history of Luo Xing. Most people don't know why the Luo Xing people are trying to change their name from Bengali to Luo Xing, and how Luo Xing came into being. After the British colonists occupied Rakhine State, they brought many Bangladeshis for political and economic purposes. This is the reason why the Luo Xing problem has not been solved so far. After the independence of Myanmar in 1948, the issue of Luo Xing has not been resolved, but has created more problems because of the wrong policy adopted by the parliamentary government. Later, a number of international organizations were also involved in the issue. The writing of this paper is mainly based on the field investigation, interview and use of some original documents.
