【摘要】：板垣退助晚年的對韓認識和態(tài)度可以概括為三個方面。第一是對未能早日實現(xiàn)"征韓論"表示遺憾;其次是對近代日本在半島上實行的帝國主義政策進行維護和辯解;再者則是為統(tǒng)治朝鮮半島積極出謀劃策。他從地緣和歷史的角度視朝鮮半島為日本國家安全保障的外廓,辯稱日本在半島上實行的政策都是為了維護"和平",絕非侵略,甚至認為日本吞并朝鮮是"出于迫不得已"。他既對日本吞并朝鮮歡欣鼓舞,也為"征韓論"未能早日實現(xiàn)表示遺憾。其實質(zhì),可以說是為了維護本國的國權(quán)而完全忽視他國的國權(quán),這是其思想的最大局限和最為人批評之處。
[Abstract]:Banyuan's understanding and attitude towards Han in his old age can be summed up in three aspects. The first is to express regret for the failure to realize the theory of "conscription of Korea" at an early date; secondly, to defend and justify the imperialist policy carried out by Japan on the peninsula in modern times; and secondly, to make positive suggestions for ruling the Korean peninsula. He viewed the Korean peninsula as an external safeguard of Japan's national security from a geographical and historical point of view, arguing that Japan's policies on the peninsula were all aimed at safeguarding "peace" and were not aggression, and even that Japan's annexation of Korea was "forced." He both rejoiced at Japan's annexation of North Korea and expressed regret that the theory of Korean invasion did not come true at an early date. Its essence can be said to be to protect the national power and completely ignore the national power of other countries, which is the biggest limitation of his thought and the most criticized.
