【摘要】： 第二次世界大戰(zhàn)對(duì)英帝國(guó)的打擊是非常巨大的。二戰(zhàn)后，英國(guó)因?qū)嵙λ薏坏貌贿M(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略收縮或調(diào)整，從新加坡撤軍便是其中的重要步驟之一。撤軍意味著殖民撤退，意味著英國(guó)在新加坡長(zhǎng)達(dá)一個(gè)半世紀(jì)殖民統(tǒng)治的結(jié)束。英國(guó)的殖民撤退既給新加坡走民族自立道路提供了機(jī)遇，，但同時(shí)又帶來(lái)了全新的挑戰(zhàn)。這一時(shí)期正是東西方冷戰(zhàn)在印支半島和東南亞一帶激烈交鋒之際，所以，英國(guó)殖民撤退后的新加坡可謂內(nèi)外交困。 面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)實(shí)，以李光耀為首的新加坡新一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人從多方入手，探索民族自立道路。防務(wù)安全是最先遇到的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題，為此，政府實(shí)施了包括國(guó)民服役制度、組建�？哲娨约凹訌�(qiáng)對(duì)外軍事合作在內(nèi)的三個(gè)重要步驟。殖民撤退對(duì)新加坡的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響最大，為盡快在經(jīng)濟(jì)上自立，政府采取了開(kāi)放、靈活、務(wù)實(shí)的態(tài)度，如對(duì)英國(guó)撤軍遺留物進(jìn)行改造利用、對(duì)殖民時(shí)期的工會(huì)進(jìn)行改革，并積極引進(jìn)外資等。作為一個(gè)前英屬殖民地，新加坡在自身政治發(fā)展過(guò)程中也進(jìn)行了有益的探索。在承襲三權(quán)分立和法制觀念等英國(guó)殖民遺產(chǎn)的同時(shí)，又把東方社會(huì)的國(guó)家觀念、集體主義和權(quán)威思想糅合其中，逐步形成了獨(dú)具新加坡特色的政治體制。在社會(huì)建設(shè)方面，政府一反殖民政府的做法，實(shí)行種族平等、宗教平等以及語(yǔ)言共存等有利于社會(huì)和諧的政策，在此基礎(chǔ)上，以中央公積金制度為核心，來(lái)推動(dòng)公民社會(huì)福利建設(shè)。 綜觀新加坡現(xiàn)代化初期的自立道路，可以說(shuō)，有效繼承英國(guó)殖民遺產(chǎn)、大膽創(chuàng)新以及在國(guó)家困難時(shí)期國(guó)民的奉獻(xiàn)精神是其中的三大法寶。
[Abstract]:The second World War was a great blow to the British Empire. After World War II, Britain had to make strategic retrenchment or adjustment because of its limited power, and withdrawal from Singapore was one of the important steps. Withdrawal means colonial withdrawal and the end of British colonial rule in Singapore for a century and a half. The British colonial retreat provided Singapore with both an opportunity and a new challenge on the path of national independence. This period coincided with the fierce confrontation between the East and West Cold War between Indochina Peninsula and Southeast Asia, so Singapore after British colonial retreat was difficult at home and abroad. Facing the severe reality, the new generation of leaders of Singapore, led by Li Guangyao, explored the road of national independence from various aspects. Defense and security are the first realistic problems. Therefore, the government has implemented three important steps, including the national service system, the establishment of navy and air force, and the strengthening of military cooperation with foreign countries. The colonial withdrawal had the greatest impact on Singapore's economy. In order to become economically self-reliant as soon as possible, the Government adopted an open, flexible and pragmatic attitude, such as the remolding and utilization of the remnants of the British withdrawal, and the reform of trade unions during the colonial period. And actively introduce foreign investment and so on. As a former British colony, Singapore has also made useful explorations in its own political development. While inheriting the British colonial heritage, such as the separation of powers and the concept of legal system, the oriental society's national concept, collectivism and authoritative thought were mixed together, and a unique political system with Singapore characteristics was gradually formed. In terms of social construction, the government has adopted policies conducive to social harmony, such as racial equality, religious equality and language coexistence. On this basis, the central provident fund system is at the core. To promote the construction of civil society welfare. In view of the self-supporting road of Singapore in the early modernization period, it can be said that the effective inheritance of the British colonial heritage, bold innovation and the dedication of the people in the difficult period of the country are three of the great magic weapons.
