[Abstract]:Methodist (also known as Wesley Anson) is the English pastor John? Wesley John Wesley 1703-1791) the general name of the branches of churches based on religious thought. Emphasizing the Bible as the only source of faith and a standard of life, the school rejected Calvin's predestination that Christ's salvation was for the sake of "voters" and emphasized that all men could receive the equal love of Christ Jesus. It was introduced into the United States in the 18th century and quickly became the largest Protestant sect in the United States in the two Great Awakening movements of North American religious Revival, and its social influence was far-reaching. After its introduction into the United States, Methodist paid special attention to preaching to the lower classes and expanding its congregation by sermons such as lecture tours and camping meetings. American Methodist parties pay more attention to black issues than other Protestant denominations. The party was generally opposed to slavery and apartheid, and was enthusiastic about black education.
