【摘要】： 以色列從建國伊始到二十世紀(jì)90年代初,在不到五十年的時間里,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了令人矚目的成就。這是在資源極度匱乏、市場狹小、戰(zhàn)爭及沖突不斷等艱難困境中取得的。特別值得一提的是,以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的黃金時期就是從1948年至1973年,而這25年期間也是阿拉伯國家跟以色列發(fā)生四次中東戰(zhàn)爭的最為緊張時期,較世界其他發(fā)達(dá)國家而言,其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展更具有神秘色彩。因而,研究以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)既有理論意義,又具有特別的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文的研究對象是探討以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的制約因素與推動因素。本文在究其制約和推動因素之后,集中從以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的國家資源來解悟軟實力發(fā)展。以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中有許多顯而易見的制約因素,如自然資源、民族宗教、戰(zhàn)爭、移民和國內(nèi)外政治環(huán)境等因素。但以色列在充分挖掘本國優(yōu)勢資源的基礎(chǔ)上,揚長避短,把某些制約因素轉(zhuǎn)化為推動因素,成為以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的獨特優(yōu)勢,尤為神秘的是戰(zhàn)爭因素與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的雙重互動性。 本論文第一部分是前言。主要介紹本文的選題目的與意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和本文的研究理論和方法。 第二部分共包括五個章節(jié)。第一章介紹以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展模式的演變。依次歷述了建國以來四個階段的發(fā)展歷程,后梳理了以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式演變的三個階段。第二章分析以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的制約因素,從內(nèi)部和外部加以逐個分析。第三章是本文的主要部分,分析以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的推動因素。逐一分析了推動性因素中的主觀隱形性因素和客觀具體性因素,在考慮到強(qiáng)大的客觀表象作用對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展推動的同時,也要密切關(guān)注主觀潛在的力量對經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用。第四章是本文的重點,制約因素與推動因素的綜合分析。先是制約性與推動性雙重因素的比較,然后從以色列不同層次的國家資源來解悟軟實力發(fā)展。第五章是以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的思考。首先從以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)代化具備的內(nèi)外條件進(jìn)行理論上的思考。然后通過分析以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗,提出能夠為發(fā)展中國家所借鑒的幾點思考。 第三部分是全文的總結(jié)。在探究以色列經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外緣由時,也應(yīng)該客觀而合理地力求做到主觀隱形性因素和客觀具體性因素的結(jié)合統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:From the founding of Israel to the early 1990s, in less than 50 years, economic development has made remarkable achievements. This has been achieved in difficult circumstances, such as extreme scarcity of resources, narrow markets, war and conflict. In particular, it is worth mentioning that the golden period of Israel's economic development was from 1948 to 1973, and the 25-year period was also the most tense period of four Middle East wars between Arab countries and Israel, more than any other developed country in the world. Its economic development is more mysterious. Therefore, the study of the Israeli economy has both theoretical and practical significance. The object of this paper is to explore the restrictive factors and driving factors in Israel's economic development. This paper focuses on the development of soft power from the national resources of Israel's economic development. There are many obvious constraints to Israel's economic development, such as natural resources, ethnic religion, war, immigration and the political environment at home and abroad. However, on the basis of fully exploiting its own advantages and resources, Israel has taken advantage of its strengths and circumvented its weaknesses and turned some of its constraints into driving factors, thus becoming a unique advantage in Israel's economic development. What is particularly mysterious is the dual interaction between war factors and economic development. The first part of this paper is the preface. This paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this topic, domestic and foreign research status and research theory and methods. The second part consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the evolution of Israel's economic development process and development model. This paper describes the development of the four stages since the founding of the people's Republic of China, and combs the three stages of the evolution of Israel's economic development model. The second chapter analyzes the restrictive factors in Israel's economic development, and analyzes them one by one from inside and outside. The third chapter is the main part of this paper, analyzes the driving factors in the economic development of Israel. This paper analyzes the subjective invisibility factor and the objective concrete factor in the impelling factor one by one. Considering the powerful objective representation function to promote the economic development, we should pay close attention to the promoting effect of the subjective potential force on the economy at the same time. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, the comprehensive analysis of constraints and driving factors. First, the comparison between constraint and push, and then understanding the development of soft power from different levels of state resources in Israel. The fifth chapter is the thinking in the process of Israel's economic development. First of all, from the internal and external conditions of economic modernization in Israel to carry out theoretical thinking. Then, by analyzing the experience of Israel's economic development, this paper puts forward some thoughts that can be used for reference by developing countries. The third part is the summary of the full text. In exploring the internal and external causes of Israel's economic development, it is necessary to make an objective and reasonable effort to combine the subjective invisible factors with the objective concrete factors.
