【摘要】： 馬來西亞是一個以馬來人、華人和印度人三大族群為主的多元族群國家，該國族群關(guān)系經(jīng)常呈現(xiàn)異常緊張的態(tài)勢；但又極少族群暴力沖突，并以政治穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展著稱。這個國家是如何在各種族群矛盾交織和沖突的情況下，協(xié)調(diào)和整合各種矛盾，保持社會穩(wěn)定的?目前有關(guān)研究不多，這是本文試圖探討的主要問題。 本文首先梳理馬華兩大族群關(guān)系的歷史發(fā)展與尖銳的矛盾沖突，探討兩族矛盾的原因與癥結(jié)，即兩族文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面的差異，以及馬來人特權(quán)及馬來西亞族群政治對兩族關(guān)系的影響。接著，分別從馬來人社會、華人社會切入，分析兩族極少暴力沖突的主要原因。本文認(rèn)為：兩族在各種族群矛盾沖擊下，得以長期和平共處的主要原因，在于馬華兩族生存發(fā)展的基本需求得到不同程度的滿足。最后，本文分析兩族關(guān)系與馬來西亞社會發(fā)展的互動聯(lián)系。本文認(rèn)為馬來西亞族群關(guān)系相對和諧，一定程度上促進(jìn)馬來西亞政治穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，而政治穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展又反過來促進(jìn)族群矛盾和族群利益的協(xié)調(diào)與整合，促進(jìn)兩族和睦相處。由于兩族關(guān)系與社會穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的積極互動，近期兩族關(guān)系發(fā)展相對穩(wěn)定，變化不大。 根據(jù)馬來西亞族群矛盾與社會穩(wěn)定的互動關(guān)系的案例分析，本文認(rèn)為，，由于資源的稀缺，各族群各階層的差別、矛盾與沖突幾乎是不可避免的，但如果能采取比較符合社會發(fā)展需求的策略，積極尋求一個大多數(shù)族群和階層能夠接受的利益平衡點，一定程度上滿足各族群各階層生存發(fā)展的基本需求，就有可能減輕社會矛盾與社會沖突的破壞力，促進(jìn)社會和諧或相對和諧，從而促進(jìn)社會比較有序穩(wěn)定地持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Malaysia is a multi-ethnic country dominated by Malay, Chinese and Indian ethnic groups. Ethnic relations in Malaysia often show a tense situation, but very few ethnic violence conflict, and is famous for political stability and sustained economic development. How does this country coordinate and integrate all kinds of contradictions and maintain social stability under the circumstances of the intertwining and conflict of various ethnic groups? At present, there is not much research, which is the main problem this paper attempts to explore. This paper first combs the historical development and sharp conflict of the relationship between the two ethnic groups, and probes into the causes and the crux of the contradiction between the two ethnic groups, that is, the differences between the two ethnic groups in terms of culture, economy, and so on. And the influence of Malay privilege and Malaysian ethnic politics on the relationship between the two communities. Then, from Malay society and Chinese society, the main reasons for the minimal violent conflict between the two communities are analyzed. This paper holds that the main reason for the two ethnic groups to coexist peacefully for a long time under the impact of various ethnic contradictions lies in the fact that the basic needs of the survival and development of the two ethnic groups are met to varying degrees. Finally, this paper analyzes the relationship between the two communities and the social development of Malaysia. This paper argues that the relative harmony of ethnic relations in Malaysia promotes Malaysia's political stability and economic development to a certain extent, while political stability and economic development, in turn, promote ethnic contradictions and the coordination and integration of ethnic interests. To promote harmony between the two communities. Due to the positive interaction between the relations between the two communities and the stable development of the society, the development of the relations between the two communities is relatively stable in recent years, with little change. Based on the case study of the interactive relationship between ethnic contradictions and social stability in Malaysia, this paper holds that, due to the scarcity of resources and the differences between different strata of ethnic groups, contradictions and conflicts are almost inevitable. However, if we can adopt a strategy that is more in line with the needs of social development and actively seek a balance of interests acceptable to the majority of ethnic groups and strata, and to a certain extent meet the basic needs of the survival and development of all ethnic groups and strata, It is possible to lighten the destructive power of social contradictions and social conflicts, promote social harmony or relative harmony, and thus promote the sustainable development of society in a more orderly and stable manner.
