【摘要】：本文主要以尼赫魯時(shí)期為背景,通過比較獨(dú)立前后婦女地位的變化,論述尼赫魯時(shí)期婦女的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和教育家庭地位,從而分析政府改善婦女地位所作的種種努力及效果,并對各種政策的成績和不足進(jìn)行了評述,力圖對獨(dú)立前后婦女的全貌有個(gè)直觀、深入的了解,進(jìn)而深刻理解印度社會(huì)文化的深遠(yuǎn)影響。 論文正文除引言和結(jié)語外,共分為四個(gè)部分,主要從獨(dú)立前后印度婦女的生活狀況和政府制定的法律和政策等來分析和探討婦女社會(huì)地位在現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。第一部分主要從普通群體和特殊群體兩個(gè)方面來闡述獨(dú)立前婦女所遭受的壓迫和剝削,并分析英殖民地時(shí)期殖民政府解放婦女的措施及其原因。第二部分至第四部分是全文的重點(diǎn),對尼赫魯時(shí)期印度政府在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育和家庭等各個(gè)方面為改善婦女社會(huì)地位所采取的措施進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,并對各種措施取得的成績和存在的不足提出了個(gè)人的見解。最后通過對各個(gè)部分的綜合,得出了較為客觀的結(jié)論:印度婦女地位低下是個(gè)極其復(fù)雜的社會(huì)文化問題,它已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重阻礙印度社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的頑疾。尼赫魯政府采取的措施雖說為后來政府積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)和提供了借鑒,但是在現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中印度政府對婦女地位的改善還任重道遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:This article mainly takes the Nehru period as the background, through comparison before and after independence changes of the status of women, discusses the Nehru period of women's political and economic status and educational and family status, so as to analyze the government's efforts to improve the status of women and their effects. It also reviews the achievements and shortcomings of various policies and tries to have an intuitive and in-depth understanding of the whole picture of women before and after independence, and then to understand the profound influence of Indian social culture. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the text of the paper is divided into four parts, mainly from the Indian women's living conditions before and after independence and the laws and policies formulated by the government to analyze and discuss the development of women's social status in the process of modernization. The first part mainly expounds the oppression and exploitation of women before independence from two aspects: ordinary group and special group, and analyzes the measures and reasons for the liberation of women by the colonial government in the British colonial period. The second to fourth parts are the main points of the paper, which discuss in detail the measures taken by the Indian government to improve the social status of women in the political, economic, educational and family fields during the Nehru period. At the same time, the author puts forward personal opinions on the achievements and shortcomings of various measures. Finally, through the synthesis of various parts, we draw a more objective conclusion: the low status of Indian women is an extremely complex social and cultural problem, which has become a serious obstacle to the process of social modernization in India. Although the measures taken by Nehru government have accumulated experience and provided reference for the later government, there is still a long way to go for the Indian government to improve the status of women in the process of modernization.
