【摘要】：《平克尼條約》的簽訂是美國(guó)早期外交史上的重大成就,對(duì)美國(guó)西部經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮、領(lǐng)土的擴(kuò)張具有重要意義。通過對(duì)其研究,不僅能夠能了解它曲折的談判過程和美西之間關(guān)系的演變,而且能窺見歐洲大國(guó)之間的博弈,見證美國(guó)外交的成長(zhǎng)。本文在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過解讀原始檔案資料,試圖還原這一條約簽訂的過程,并對(duì)條約簽訂的原因和影響進(jìn)行較全面的剖析,以求對(duì)此條約做出比較客觀而全面的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The signing of the Pinkney Treaty is an important achievement in the early diplomatic history of the United States, and it is of great significance to the prosperity of the American western economy and the expansion of the territory.By studying it, we can not only understand its tortuous negotiation process and the evolution of the relationship between the United States and Spain, but also see the game among the European powers and witness the growth of American diplomacy.Based on the study of scholars at home and abroad, this paper attempts to restore the process of signing this treaty by interpreting the original archives, and analyzes the causes and effects of the signing of the treaty.In order to make a more objective and comprehensive evaluation of the treaty.
