【摘要】：土耳其是一個(gè)橫跨歐亞兩洲的國(guó)家,是連接歐亞的十字路口,其地理位置和地緣政治戰(zhàn)略意義極為重要,歷史上看,土耳其的發(fā)展與演進(jìn)無(wú)疑對(duì)世界有著重大影響。社會(huì)主義作為20世紀(jì)最有影響力的世界性社會(huì)主義思潮之一,在土耳其也同樣經(jīng)歷了長(zhǎng)期的發(fā)展階段。但由于土耳其的社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)一直與國(guó)外左派運(yùn)動(dòng),尤其是土耳其的鄰國(guó)蘇聯(lián)存在一定的聯(lián)系,因而在國(guó)內(nèi)政治生活中一直作為一種潛在的社會(huì)政治力量受到歷屆政府的壓制和打擊而基本上處于地下?tīng)顟B(tài)。直到1960年5月27日,土耳其國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)生了軍事政變,軍隊(duì)推翻了民主黨政府以及隨后的《1961年憲法》的頒布,土耳其社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)才獲得了短暫的政治合法地位。隨著政治合法地位的確立,土耳其政壇上一時(shí)間出現(xiàn)了眾多的社會(huì)主義性質(zhì)的政黨和組織,其中土耳其勞工黨和方向組織最具代表性。政治上活躍、社會(huì)影響廣泛的土耳其勞工黨和方向組織的出現(xiàn),標(biāo)志著20世紀(jì)即以肇始的土耳其社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)入高潮時(shí)期。本文分為緒論和正文兩大部分,緒論的主要內(nèi)容是陳述選題目的、意義以及有關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)。正文分為四部分:第一部分對(duì)20世紀(jì)60年代以前的土耳其社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r簡(jiǎn)要回顧,接著是對(duì)60年代土耳其社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)的背景予以較為詳細(xì)的介紹。第二部分論述了土耳其勞工黨在60年代的發(fā)展歷程,從1961年土耳其勞工黨誕生到1971年,以該黨的幾次重要會(huì)議為主要線索,呈現(xiàn)了勞工黨由盛而衰的全過(guò)程。會(huì)議涉及了勞工黨在成立初期所規(guī)定的黨綱,也包括勞工黨的選舉狀況,以及一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)社會(huì)主義的不同看法以及勞工黨的分裂等內(nèi)容。第三部分主要對(duì)方向組織及其“土耳其社會(huì)主義”思想進(jìn)行了介紹,這部分內(nèi)容包括方向組織誕生以及該組織關(guān)于土耳其應(yīng)該如何走社會(huì)主義道路的若干主張。第四部分介紹了這一時(shí)期各種政治勢(shì)力和政治組織的民族民主革命觀。
[Abstract]:Turkey is one of two countries across Europe and Asia, is connected to the crossroads of Europe and Asia, its geographical location and geopolitical strategy is very important, the history, development and evolution of Turkey will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the world. One of the world's socialism socialism as the most influential in twentieth Century, in Turkey also experiences the stage of development in the long term. But because of Turkey's socialist movement has been left with foreign sports, especially in neighboring Turkey, the Soviet Union and there is a certain relationship, so in the domestic political life has been as a potential social and political power by government repression and blow basically in the ground state. Until May 27, 1960, the military the Turkey coup overthrew the democratic government, and issued the following <1961 years on the Turkey society of the constitution, the main Motion got short of political legitimacy. With the establishment of the legal status of politics, politics in Turkey on time appeared many socialist parties and organizations, including the Turkey Labour Party and the direction of the organization. The most representative of the politically active, have extensive social influence of Turkey Labour Party and the direction of the organization, mark in twentieth Century with the onset of Turkey socialist movement into the climax period. This paper is divided into two parts: introduction and text, the main content of the introduction is to state the purpose, significance and relevant academic trends. The text is divided into four parts: the first part of 1960s before the Turkey socialist movement development are briefly reviewed, followed by the 60s Turkey socialist the background of the movement to be introduced in detail. The second part discusses the Turkey Labour Party in 60s. The development of Turkey, from 1961 to 1971 the birth of the Labour Party, with several important meetings of the party as the main clue, showing the whole process of the labour party. The decline of the Labour Party conference stated in the early days of the program, including the labour party election, and some leaders of socialism different views and the labor party split and so on. The third part of the main direction of the organization and the "Turkey socialism" thought is introduced, which includes the birth of the organization and direction of the organization about how Turkey should go some way the agency claims. The fourth part introduces the various political forces and political organization of nations during this period the democratic revolution.
