【摘要】： 本文從地理環(huán)境、海軍技戰(zhàn)術(shù)、海軍政策和人員配置等方面考察了風(fēng)帆時(shí)代英國(guó)海軍發(fā)展和興起的歷史,總結(jié)了英國(guó)海軍崛起過(guò)程中若干歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)及教訓(xùn),從而有助于從海權(quán)的角度審視英國(guó)崛起的歷史進(jìn)程,以及探索海軍發(fā)展的普遍性規(guī)律。 第一章緒論介紹了本文的選題意義,回顧了中外學(xué)術(shù)史上關(guān)于風(fēng)帆時(shí)代英國(guó)海軍的研究狀況。 第二章論述了風(fēng)帆時(shí)代英國(guó)海軍崛起的條件,包括地理優(yōu)勢(shì)和歷任君主對(duì)海軍的重視。 第三章強(qiáng)調(diào)了英國(guó)海軍崛起過(guò)程中的幾個(gè)重要因素,包括資金投入、人員配置、技術(shù)與戰(zhàn)術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)等。 第四章介紹了風(fēng)帆時(shí)代英國(guó)海軍存在的問(wèn)題,包括水兵待遇問(wèn)題和腐敗問(wèn)題等。 結(jié)語(yǔ)對(duì)全文作了總結(jié),同時(shí)闡述了英國(guó)海軍崛起的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)對(duì)中國(guó)走向海洋大國(guó)的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the history of the development and rise of the British Navy in the windsurfing era from the aspects of geographical environment, naval techniques and tactics, naval policies and staffing, and summarizes some historical experiences and lessons in the process of the rise of the British Navy. Therefore, it is helpful to examine the historical process of Britain's rise from the angle of sea power and to explore the general law of naval development. The first chapter introduces the significance of this paper and reviews the research status of the British Navy in the sailing era in the academic history of China and foreign countries. The second chapter discusses the conditions for the rise of the British navy in the windsurfing era, including geographical advantages and the importance attached to the navy by successive monarchs. The third chapter emphasizes several important factors in the process of British Navy's rise, including capital investment, staffing, technical and tactical advantages and so on. Chapter four introduces the problems existing in the British Navy during the sailing period, including the treatment of sailors and corruption. The conclusion summarizes the full text, and expounds the lessons of the rise of the British Navy.
