【摘要】：中俄兩國的東段國界問題如今已經(jīng)徹底解決了。這個問題由來已久，而中俄兩國學(xué)者對于這個問題的研究也隨著兩國關(guān)系的變化而變化。如何正確看待中俄兩國東段國界爭論的歷史，以及作為一個歷史研究人員應(yīng)當(dāng)怎樣正確看待和分析歷史，對于這段邊界歷史問題研究的重大意義何在?這是本文所要重點討論和分析的內(nèi)容。論文結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 第一章主要介紹了中俄東段國界問題的概況。首先介紹中俄東段國界的現(xiàn)狀，而后分析這個問題的起源與歷史演變，最后梳理了學(xué)術(shù)界對中俄東段國界爭論的主要問題。 第二、三章分別介紹了中俄兩國學(xué)者在不同歷史時期對中俄東段國界問題的研究狀況，特別是他們對該問題研究的出發(fā)點和依據(jù)。 第四章主要針對前兩章中中俄兩國學(xué)者所采用的研究路徑與方法進行比較，發(fā)現(xiàn)其異同。 最后一章是關(guān)于中俄東段國界問題爭論的思考。主要包括，關(guān)于歷史事實認定的思考，，關(guān)于當(dāng)代國際關(guān)系背景下中俄東段國界問題的認識，中俄兩國對于邊界問題的處理對整個國際關(guān)系的意義，以及對如何看待中俄東段國界問題爭論的建議。 中俄東段國界問題的徹底解決，對于兩國關(guān)系的深入發(fā)展是具有劃時代意義的重大事件。從歷史的角度再次審視這一問題，給予一個較為公正客觀的評價，對于人們更深入地認識中俄關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀和未來發(fā)展趨勢無疑具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The issue of the eastern border between China and Russia has now been thoroughly resolved. This issue has been around for a long time. However, the research on this issue by Chinese and Russian scholars has also changed with the changes in the relations between the two countries. How to correctly view the history of the dispute between China and Russia in the eastern part of the border, and how, as a historical researcher, should correctly view and analyze history, What is the significance of the study on the history of this boundary? This is the main content of this paper. The structure of this paper is as follows:. The first chapter mainly introduces the general situation of the Sino-Russian eastern border, first introduces the current situation of the Sino-Russian eastern border, then analyzes the origin and historical evolution of the issue, finally combs the main issues of the academic debate on the Sino-Russian eastern border. The second and third chapters introduce the research status of Chinese and Russian scholars in different historical periods, especially the starting point and basis of their research on this issue. The fourth chapter mainly compares the research paths and methods used by Chinese and Russian scholars in the first two chapters, and finds the similarities and differences. The last chapter is about the debate on the issue of the boundary between China and Russia in the eastern part of the region. It mainly includes the reflection on the historical facts, the understanding of the issue of the boundary of the eastern segment of China and Russia in the context of contemporary international relations. The significance of the border issue between China and Russia to the whole international relations and the suggestions on how to treat the dispute over the border issue between China and Russia in the eastern part of the world. The thorough settlement of the border issue between China and Russia in the eastern part of the country is an epoch-making event of great significance for the in-depth development of relations between the two countries. From a historical point of view, we should re-examine this issue and give a relatively fair and objective evaluation. It is of great significance for people to have a deeper understanding of the present situation and future development trend of Sino-Russian relations.
