【摘要】：本文對古羅馬家庭中的教育者即父親、教仆和家庭教師,以及學校里的初級教師、中等文法和高等演說術教師進行了較為全面的探討,闡述他們在培養(yǎng)兒童成長為合格公民中發(fā)揮的重要作用,分析他們在教育中與家長、學生(孩子)之間形成的親密友好或緊張敵對的微妙關系,考察其生存狀況以及與國家之間的關系,力圖揭示古羅馬不同歷史時期的教育特征與狀況以及古羅馬教師在傳播希臘文化中所扮演的關鍵角色,以更全面地認識古羅馬社會與文化。 全文共分四章。第一章論述家庭教育中的教育者即父親、教仆和家庭教師的職責與孩子的關系,強調父親即教師是羅馬教育的主要特征之一,也是羅馬人獨特的教育理念,父親對孩子的教育成為維系羅馬傳統(tǒng)文化的重要途徑,指出教仆和家庭教師作為希臘文化的載體和傳播者,在羅馬家庭教育中發(fā)揮了重要作用,但仍附屬于父親為核心的家庭教育。 第二章闡述了學校教師的教學狀況,總結昆體良筆下的理想教師形象。從實踐層面上,本文對古羅馬學校教師的工作環(huán)境、課程設置以及教學生活中與學生之間的關系進行了全面細致的探討;從理論層面上,本文根據(jù)羅馬教育家昆體良對羅馬教育理論和實踐的總結,歸納分析出他對理想教師資格的要求。 第三章主要分析古羅馬學校教師的社會地位。論文主要從學校教師的政治地位和經濟收入入手,分析三級學校教師的地位差異,展現(xiàn)多數(shù)羅馬教師面臨各種社會壓力、生存艱難、地位低微的狀況;以此為基礎,筆者論述了學校教師的社會流動情況,分析了各種外部的社會條件對教師流動的影響和制約。 第四章著重從國家的教師政策入手,分析了國家與教師之間的關系。古羅馬共和政府出于對希臘文化入侵的應急反應,頒布了針對希臘教師和學者的兩個教育法令;帝國時期逐漸出現(xiàn)了相對系統(tǒng)完善的教師政策,包括官方任命、授予各種特權等,從中可以看出政治權力逐步向教育領域的滲透及影響。
[Abstract]:The ancient Rome family education is father and family servants teach teachers, primary and secondary school teachers, grammar and higher elocution teacher are discussed comprehensively, and explains the important role in the cultivation of their children grow into qualified citizens in the play, their analysis in the education of students and parents. (children) subtle friendly relationship between the nervous or hostile, to investigate the existence and relationship between countries, tries to reveal the key role of ancient Rome in different historical periods in ancient Rome and the characteristics of education and teachers play in the spread of Greek culture, to a more comprehensive understanding of the society and culture of ancient Rome.
This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the education in family education is father relationship responsibilities and teach the children and family and teachers, emphasizes that teachers father is one of the main features of Rome education, but also the unique concept of education, his father has become an important way to maintain the traditional culture of Rome for children's education, pointed out teach the servants and the tutor as the carrier and disseminator of Greek culture, has played an important role in the family education in Rome, but still attached to family education belongs to the father as the core.
The second chapter expounds the school teaching situation, summarize Quintilianus's ideal image of teachers. In practice, the working environment of the ancient Rome school teachers, curriculum setting and teaching life and the relationship between the students conducted a comprehensive and detailed discussion; from the theoretical level, according to the Rome educator good body of Rome education theory and practice summary, analysis of his ideal teacher requirements.
The third chapter mainly analyzes the ancient Rome school teachers' social status. This paper mainly from the political status and income of school teachers, analyze the differences between the three grade school teachers, most teachers in Rome show the face of all kinds of social pressure, survival difficult, humble status; on this basis, the author discusses the social mobility of teachers analysis and control, a variety of external social conditions influence on the flow of teachers.
The fourth chapter mainly from the national policy of teachers, analyzed the relationship between the state and the teachers. The government of the Republic of ancient Rome for emergency response to the Greek cultural invasion, issued for the two education act of Greek teachers and scholars; the Empire gradually appeared relatively perfect system of teacher policy, including official appointment, grant privileges as can be seen, the political power gradually to the education and influence from it.
