【摘要】： 在越南，農(nóng)業(yè)是國家的經(jīng)濟命脈。上個世紀80年代以來，越南的農(nóng)業(yè)改革取得了舉世矚目的成就。合作社改革是越南農(nóng)業(yè)改革中的一個重要組成部分，研究農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的改革具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。越南的農(nóng)業(yè)合作社走過了一條曲折、漫長的發(fā)展道路。本論文綜合運用了文獻研究、調查研究等多種方法，在總結前人對越南合作社改革研究的基礎上，結合當前越南正在進行的農(nóng)業(yè)合作社改革，通過總體和個案分析，探討了越南農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展改革歷程、當前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展改革前景。 目前在中國和越南的學術理論界，關于是否要繼續(xù)發(fā)展合作社、怎樣發(fā)展合作社等問題都有爭論。通過研究，本文得出的結論是盡管目前越南的農(nóng)業(yè)合作社還存在不足，但在越南這樣一個地少人多的發(fā)展中國家，要最大限度的提高農(nóng)業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)率，順應商品化生產(chǎn)，，就必須進行分工合作。越南《合作社法》頒布后，合作社的發(fā)展走上了正軌，取得了一定的成就，同時也存在一些有待解決的問題，但這并不能成為否定合作社的理由。農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展是順應歷史潮流的，也是符合越南農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村工業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化的戰(zhàn)略要求的。農(nóng)業(yè)合作社將在國民經(jīng)濟中扮演越來越重要的角色。
[Abstract]:In Vietnam, agriculture is the lifeblood of the country's economy. Since -20s, Vietnam's agricultural reform has made remarkable achievements. Cooperative reform is an important part of Vietnam's agricultural reform. It is of great practical significance to study the reform of agricultural cooperatives. The agricultural cooperatives in Vietnam have gone through a tortuous and long road of development. On the basis of summing up the previous researches on the reform of Vietnamese cooperatives, and combining the current reform of agricultural cooperatives in Vietnam, this paper probes into the course of development and reform of Vietnamese agricultural cooperatives through overall and case analysis. Current development present situation and development reform prospect. At present, in the academic and theoretical circles of China and Vietnam, there are arguments about whether or not to continue to develop cooperatives and how to develop cooperatives. Through research, this paper draws a conclusion that although there are still shortcomings in agricultural cooperatives in Vietnam, However, in a developing country like Vietnam, where land is small and people are large, to maximize agricultural labor productivity and to comply with commercial production, it is necessary to carry out division of work and cooperation. After the promulgation of the Vietnam Law on Cooperatives, the development of cooperatives is on the right track. Some achievements have been made, but at the same time there are still some problems to be solved, but this cannot be a reason to deny the co-operatives. The development of agricultural cooperatives conforms to the trend of history and conforms to the industrialization of Vietnam's agriculture and rural areas. The strategy of modernization requires that agricultural cooperatives will play an increasingly important role in the national economy.
