【摘要】：明末清初時期，東亞政局處于巨大變化之中。在中國，，滿族入主中原，取明朝而代之，建立了清朝。新生的清王朝為證明其正統(tǒng)性，對周邊小國“用普懷柔”。日本此時則正處于鎖國體制時期，私自出海者會受到嚴厲的處罰。而受“華夷”思想影響，日本對朝鮮以及剛建立的清朝都持有一種蔑視的態(tài)度。處于清朝和日本夾縫之間的朝鮮，為防止南北同時受到威脅，對清朝和日本都采取了欺瞞的政策，以構建自身的防御體系。 而1644年的日船漂流“韃靼”的事件，正是處于這種國際環(huán)境之中。借此機會，清朝以一種大國的姿態(tài)，想要納日本為自己的朝貢國。但是，由于當時清朝本國的經(jīng)濟實力，朝鮮的阻撓，以及日本的抵制，清朝的這一嘗試以未果而告終。
[Abstract]:During the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, the political situation in East Asia was undergoing great changes. In China, the Manchus took over the Central Plains, took the Ming Dynasty and replaced it, and established the Qing Dynasty. The new Qing Dynasty proved its orthodoxy. Japan is now in the period of a locked state system, and those who go to sea privately will be severely punished, and influenced by the idea of "Huayi". Japan holds a disdainful attitude towards North Korea and the newly established Qing Dynasty. North Korea, between the Qing Dynasty and Japan, has adopted a policy of deceiving both the Qing Dynasty and Japan in order to prevent both the North and the South from being threatened at the same time. In order to build their own defense system. The incident of Japanese ships drifting "Tatars" in 1644 was precisely in this international environment. Taking this opportunity, the Qing Dynasty wanted Japan to be its tributary country in the posture of a great power. However, because of the economic strength of the Qing Dynasty at that time, North Korea's obstruction, and Japan's resistance, the Qing Dynasty's attempt ended in vain.
