【摘要】： 近代日本極端國(guó)家主義,既是一種極端保守主義的政治思想、政治意識(shí)形態(tài)和政治文化體系,也是一種以絕對(duì)主義政治哲學(xué)為根本價(jià)值取向的國(guó)家實(shí)踐與國(guó)家體制。近代日本極端國(guó)家主義是一個(gè)歷史范疇,它包含著精神與物質(zhì)兩個(gè)層面,即政治文化與政治實(shí)踐。作為政治文化的近代日本極端國(guó)家主義,體現(xiàn)為極端國(guó)家本位與日本本位的政治意識(shí)、政治價(jià)值和政治心理,表現(xiàn)為國(guó)家崇拜與日本至上的世界觀、價(jià)值觀與倫理觀。作為政治實(shí)踐的近代日本極端國(guó)家主義體現(xiàn)為近代后期日本內(nèi)政的絕對(duì)主義國(guó)家建設(shè)及外交的極端自利主義和極端功利主義,表現(xiàn)為天皇絕對(duì)主義國(guó)家體制的建立和發(fā)動(dòng)以殖民主義為動(dòng)機(jī)、以帝國(guó)主義為目標(biāo)、以軍國(guó)主義為手段的一系列對(duì)外戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。近代日本極端國(guó)家主義是精神層面與物質(zhì)層面的整合,是政治文化與政治實(shí)踐的統(tǒng)一,其生成的歷史背景既是幕末日本的國(guó)家危機(jī)。近代日本極端國(guó)家主義的形成與其說(shuō)是極端國(guó)家主義從無(wú)到有的過(guò)程,毋寧說(shuō)是其政治文化傳統(tǒng)中沉淀的保守主義國(guó)家意識(shí)與心理在特定歷史條件下成長(zhǎng)為系統(tǒng)的極端國(guó)家主義思想、實(shí)踐、意識(shí)形態(tài)及國(guó)家體制的過(guò)程,它反映了政治文化的歷史傳承性和變異性。近代日本極端國(guó)家主義既淵源于近代以前的日本傳統(tǒng)政治文化,又作為近代后期日本政治文化的核心價(jià)值與倫理體系而影響日本國(guó)家的內(nèi)外政治走向。近代日本極端國(guó)家主義的物質(zhì)過(guò)程即國(guó)家實(shí)踐與國(guó)家體制,終結(jié)于二十世紀(jì)四十年代中期,其精神過(guò)程即思想的主導(dǎo)性與意識(shí)形態(tài)的主體性也同時(shí)終結(jié),盡管心理的慣性需要較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間來(lái)消解,但政治生態(tài)的根本改良已消除了再度滋生極端主義的息壤,這使政治保守主義止于有限的界域與層面內(nèi),并不再具有必然性。
[Abstract]:The extreme nationalism of modern Japan is a kind of ultra-conservative political thought, political ideology and political cultural system. It is also a kind of state practice and state system with the political philosophy of absolutism as the fundamental value orientation. Modern Japanese extreme nationalism is a historical category, which contains both spiritual and material aspects. That is, political culture and political practice. As the core value and ethical system of Japanese political culture in the late modern times, it also affects the internal and external political trend of Japan. The material process of extreme nationalism in modern Japan is the state practice and the state system. Ended in the middle of 1940s, its spiritual process, that is, the dominant ideology and the subjectivity of ideology, also ended, although the psychological inertia takes a long time to eliminate, However, the fundamental improvement of political ecology has eliminated the rebreeding of extremism, which makes political conservatism stop in the limited boundary and level, and no longer have the inevitability.
