【摘要】：“歐洲觀念”是歐洲人對歐洲這一特定地理區(qū)域和文化政治實體所具有的實在的、或想象的特征的認(rèn)識。一個地區(qū)的文化精神，人們對自身所屬社會的特征和使命的認(rèn)知往往會影響和制約該社會演化的方向。在一定意義上，“歐洲觀念”與20世紀(jì)后半葉歐洲的一體化歷程有著某種聯(lián)系�？疾臁皻W洲觀念”的內(nèi)涵及其歷史演變，對于更深刻地理解歐洲文化的特點、把握歐洲未來的發(fā)展動向有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文將以歷史發(fā)展為主線，深入研究從古代到第二次世界大戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)前“歐洲觀念”的內(nèi)涵及其演變�！皻W洲觀念”萌生于古代世界，經(jīng)歷了一個從神話傳說、地理概念到成為一種文化認(rèn)同上的概念的演進(jìn)過程。中世紀(jì)是“歐洲觀念”發(fā)展的一個重要時期�；浇虒τ跉W洲信仰和文化精神的整合使“歐洲”具有更為清晰的自我意識，帝國的普世統(tǒng)治理想使“歐洲”被構(gòu)想為大一統(tǒng)體制下的政治共同體，伊斯蘭世界和拜占廷帝國為代表的外部世界與歐洲的對峙和沖突則使歐洲能夠更明確地界定自我、反思自身特有的文明屬性。 近代以來，“歐洲觀念”在政治和文化領(lǐng)域內(nèi)平行發(fā)展，，獲得新的內(nèi)涵。在政治領(lǐng)域，“歐洲觀念”表現(xiàn)為一種歐洲統(tǒng)一或聯(lián)合思想，從主權(quán)國家的聯(lián)合體、均勢下的國家聯(lián)盟到以實現(xiàn)永久和平為目標(biāo)的邦聯(lián)，隨著近代政治思維的發(fā)展，“歐洲觀念”的內(nèi)涵也日益豐富。在文化領(lǐng)域，歐洲文明在世界其他地區(qū)的擴(kuò)張，使歐洲認(rèn)識到自身文明在當(dāng)時所擁有的“優(yōu)越性”，“歐洲”作為一種文明觀念開始出現(xiàn)，隨之引起了歐洲人對歐洲文明內(nèi)涵的深層思考。法國大革命推動了“歐洲觀念”的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，它既深化了歐洲一體的觀念，又促使保守主義者、自由主義者和民族主義者在思想政治領(lǐng)域?qū)W洲進(jìn)行新的解讀，19世紀(jì)的“歐洲觀念”呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜多元的內(nèi)涵，也更具現(xiàn)代意義。進(jìn)入 20世紀(jì)，民族意識和民族利益使歐洲戰(zhàn)亂不己。但歐洲一體的思想和使歐洲再 次聯(lián)合的努力從未中斷，庫登霍夫的泛歐洲運動和白里安的歐洲聯(lián)合計劃便是 其中的突出表現(xiàn)。這些嘗試對戰(zhàn)后歐洲一體化運動產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。 結(jié)論認(rèn)為，在歐洲一體化運動蓬勃發(fā)展的今天，“歐洲觀念”作為一種泛 歐洲的文化認(rèn)同對歐洲歷史的發(fā)展正產(chǎn)生著深刻的影響，對“歐洲觀念”的探 討將有助于推進(jìn)歐洲的進(jìn)一步整合和構(gòu)建超越民族國家的新的歐洲政治文化 意識形態(tài)。 關(guān)鍵詞:文化認(rèn)同“歐洲觀念”歐洲一體化
[Abstract]:The "European concept" is the European understanding of this particular geographical region and the cultural and political entity of Europe, which has a real or imagined character. The cultural spirit of a region. People's cognition of the characteristics and mission of their own society will often influence and restrict the direction of the social evolution. In a certain sense. The concept of Europe has a certain connection with the course of European integration in the second half of 20th century. By examining the connotation and historical evolution of the concept of Europe, we can have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of European culture. It is of great practical significance to grasp the future development trend of Europe. This article will take the historical development as the main line, deeply studies the connotation and the evolution of the "European concept" from ancient times to the outbreak of the second World War.
