【摘要】：1976年倫敦諾丁山嘉年華期間,有色人種與警察發(fā)生沖突,近百名警察受傷,并引發(fā)嚴重的騷亂。此次騷亂是英國當時大量種族騷亂事件中的一個代表性事件,說明當時英國境內種族關系存在著嚴重問題:白人承襲的優(yōu)越感使得他們對有色人種抱有天然的歧視,尤其當經濟遭遇危機時,這種歧視表現得更加突出;而有色人種移民自1948年進入英國本土已近30年,他們對存在于各個領域的種族歧視所造成的不平等深惡痛絕。沖突之后,英國政府試圖通過法律途徑解決其境內嚴重的種族歧視問題�！�1976年種族關系法案》的出臺,從法律上規(guī)范了種族關系,在一定程度上保障了有色人種的發(fā)展權。然而,從法律到現實所要經歷的路程仍然很漫長,時至今日,英國境內的種族歧視問題依然普遍存在。
[Abstract]:On 1976, during the Notting Hill Carnival in London, close to 100 police officers were injured when colored people clashed with the police. And caused serious riots. The riots were one of the most typical incidents in Britain at that time. It shows that there were serious problems in racial relations in Britain at that time: the superiority of white people made them have natural discrimination against people of color, especially when the economy was in crisis, this kind of discrimination was more prominent; It has been nearly 30 years since immigrants of color entered the United Kingdom in 1948, and they abhor the inequality caused by racial discrimination in all fields. After the conflict. The British Government tried to solve the serious problem of racial discrimination in its territory through legal channels. The Race Relations Act of 1976 regulated race relations in law. To some extent, the right to development of people of color is guaranteed. However, it is still a long way from law to reality, and the problem of racial discrimination in Britain is still widespread.
