【摘要】：唐山地震使重災(zāi)區(qū)居民從平時的生活環(huán)境驟然跌至災(zāi)害深淵,喪失基本生活條件、醫(yī)療條件和防災(zāi)條件,災(zāi)區(qū)居民不得不改變生活方式、行為方式。在嚴(yán)重地震災(zāi)害條件下,地震文化應(yīng)運而生,并逐步形成唐山地震文化的完整體系,已成為唐山市的寶貴文化財產(chǎn)。唐山地震文化是在唐山地震的嚴(yán)重災(zāi)害環(huán)境下,唐山人民發(fā)揚唐山抗震精神,以救災(zāi)救援、恢復(fù)重建和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為主要內(nèi)容,唐山災(zāi)區(qū)人民采取的生活方式與行為方式。深入研究唐山地震文化,不但有利于豐富地震文化學(xué)、地震社會學(xué)、災(zāi)害城市管理學(xué)的學(xué)科內(nèi)容,同時還對城市管理、災(zāi)害管理與文化管理有重要參考價值。首先,論文詳細(xì)界定了課題研究涉及的核心概念,從而為后文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,本文探討了唐山地震災(zāi)害與地震文化的關(guān)聯(lián)性,分析了各個地震文化形成與發(fā)展的背景、原因、特點、結(jié)構(gòu)、主要內(nèi)容,研究地震文化的抗震減災(zāi)功能及對社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推動作用。再次,在全面總結(jié)、分析、概括唐山地震文化體系的基礎(chǔ)上,由大量地震文化實踐升華為理性認(rèn)識,系統(tǒng)地研究了唐山地震文化體系,提出了地震“三救”文化、衣食住醫(yī)文化、公園文化、紀(jì)念設(shè)施文化等新的地震文化體系模型,多角度系統(tǒng)分析了地震文化的價值。最后,剖析了唐山地震文化產(chǎn)生的社會效益、生態(tài)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,構(gòu)建了唐山地震文化綜合效益評價模型并進(jìn)行了實證研究,同時根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出唐山地震文化效益提升的具體策略。
[Abstract]:The Tangshan earthquake caused the residents in the worst-hit areas to suddenly drop from their usual living environment to the abyss of disasters, losing their basic living conditions, medical conditions and disaster prevention conditions, so that the residents in the disaster areas had to change their way of life and behavior. Under the condition of severe earthquake disaster, earthquake culture emerged as the times require, and gradually formed the complete system of Tangshan earthquake culture, which has become the precious cultural property of Tangshan city. The culture of Tangshan earthquake is a kind of life style and behavior adopted by people in Tangshan earthquake area under the severe disaster environment of Tangshan earthquake. The people of Tangshan carry forward the spirit of earthquake resistance in Tangshan, take disaster relief, reconstruction and social and economic development as the main contents. The in-depth study of Tangshan earthquake culture is not only helpful to enrich the subject contents of seismological culture, seismic sociology and disaster urban management, but also has important reference value for city management, disaster management and cultural management. Firstly, the paper defines the core concepts involved in the research in detail, which lays a theoretical foundation for the later research. Secondly, this paper discusses the relationship between earthquake disaster and earthquake culture in Tangshan, and analyzes the background, causes, characteristics, structure, main contents of each seismic culture. This paper studies the function of seismic culture in earthquake disaster reduction and its promotion to social and economic development. Thirdly, on the basis of summing up, analyzing and summarizing the seismic culture system of Tangshan, from a large number of seismic cultural practices to rational understanding, the paper systematically studies the seismic cultural system of Tangshan, and puts forward the "three rescues" culture of earthquake. The value of earthquake culture is analyzed systematically from many angles, such as medical culture, park culture, memorial facility culture and so on. Finally, the social benefit, ecological benefit and economic benefit of Tangshan earthquake culture are analyzed, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of Tangshan earthquake culture is constructed, and an empirical study is carried out. At the same time, according to the results of the study, the specific strategies for improving the cultural benefits of Tangshan earthquake are put forward.
