【摘要】：為了積極推進全面建成小康社會目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn),扶貧開發(fā)成為了當(dāng)下貧困地區(qū)的重點工作。助推扶貧開發(fā)工作深入開展,路徑選擇可謂具有多樣性。而文化扶貧就是在這一背景下的一種選擇。立足貧困文化理論的學(xué)術(shù)視角來解讀貧困地區(qū)的貧困狀況,思想觀念滯后、受教育程度較低和價值觀念消極等因素嚴(yán)重地制約著當(dāng)?shù)孛癖姷拿撠氈赂弧Ｒ虼?當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕鲐毠ぷ餍枰獜闹贫鹊慕?gòu)、民眾觀念的改變、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的開發(fā)以及教育資源的供給等方面進行理性審思,方能有助于整體扶貧開發(fā)終極目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to actively promote the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, poverty alleviation and development have become the key work in the poverty-stricken areas. Promote the work of poverty-alleviation and development in depth, path selection can be described as diversity. And cultural poverty alleviation is a choice in this context. Based on the academic perspective of poverty culture theory, such factors as the poor situation in the poor areas, the lag of ideology, the low level of education and the negative values seriously restrict the local people to get rid of poverty and become rich. Therefore, the work of local cultural poverty alleviation needs rational consideration from the aspects of system construction, the change of people's concept, the development of cultural industry and the supply of educational resources, in order to help the realization of the ultimate goal of overall poverty alleviation and development.
