【摘要】：在我國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)文化中,大多數(shù)先賢以及有所作為的君主,都認(rèn)為人才關(guān)系著國(guó)家興亡與穩(wěn)定。而在我國(guó)古代的治國(guó)安邦思想中,都對(duì)人才的選拔、運(yùn)用、管理等有著豐富的論述,而其中貫穿始終的便是"賢能"思想。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的人才戰(zhàn)略既要汲取傳統(tǒng)文化中的人才思想,也要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In the traditional culture of our country, most of the sages and monarchs think that talents are related to the rise and fall of the country. In the thought of administering the country and peace in ancient China, there are abundant expositions on the selection, application and management of talents, and the thought of "talent" is the one that runs through it all the time. At present, the talent strategy of our country should not only absorb the thought of talents in traditional culture, but also keep pace with the times.
